Vacation rentals with a patio in Roundhay

The studio was spotlessly clean and in a great location with Boston Spa high street just a few minutes walk away. As people have pointed out, it gets very hot in the main space when the sun is out as it was for our visit. However the bedroom is shaded and therefore cooler, so sleeping wasn’t an issue. The only niggle was the lack of a toaster which would have been welcome to toast the bread which was part of the otherwise delicious breakfast. However this was a minor point and the studio was otherwise a very comfortable place to stay.

Sheila and Pete were great hosts really friendly and welcoming and nothing too much trouble. The accommodation was faultless very homely and literally a 5 minute walk from the station. We were able to leave our possessions earlier than the checkin time which was fantastic as otherwise would’ve been lugging them about all day. They left us a lovely welcoming card and some gorgeous fresh scones with all the trimmings . Will definitely be booking to stay again. We had a great stay in Leeds at Sat's apartment. Really great location. Very easy to walk everywhere , but in a quiet spot. The flat was lovely and comfortable and easy instructions to check in

We had a lovely 1 night stay at the Ebor Suite and wished it was for longer. Beautiful decor and everything you need for a short stay. Great detailed instruction for check in. Close to a co-op if you need a few supplies and plenty of restaurants and takeaways. We would certainly return and would recommend to others.

We stayed 2 nights for a local wedding and it was perfect for what we needed! Zoe was very responsive when I had questions and resolved a quick query promptly. The beds were very comfortable and had everything you need for a great weekend away. Zoe even provided welcome drinks, snacks and a cot/highchair for my young daughter, a huge help! If you’re sensitive to light, bring an eye mask as there’s no black out blinds in the master, and the bathroom is quite small if you have mobility issues, but this wouldn’t stop me from staying again or recommending. Thanks Zoe!

A slice of cottage life just steps away from the Haworth Main Street close enough but not in the bustle. Tracey was welcoming and very easy to communicate with. Our stay was comfortable with everything we needed and the place was spotless, an important factor in my book. The art, decor and furnishings were just right and we liked perusing the novels in the home. It was the perfect base for our exploration of Bronte country and we felt immersed in their world. Visiting the Parsonage and going for a ramble to the moors couldn’t have been easier. Thank you Tracey for an unforgettable experience!

Nice, clean and tidy! All amenities were provided and very comfortable beds! We stayed for a show in Temple Newsam and this place was in an ideal location!

Just got back from having 3 lovely nights stay at Carr Cottage. The cottage is spacious, very clean, well equipped, comfortable & warm. Good size bathroom with an excellent shower and large towels which is always a bonus. We only used the first floor bedroom but the bed was so comfortable. The location is perfect for getting to Halifax, bus right outside your door, an hour walk to Sowerby Bridge along the canal and a bus at the bottom of the road to Hebden Bridge. Also, a friendly local pub a few minutes walk down hill too. Thank you Ric & Ingrid for being great hosts, will recommend 😊

Gorgeous cottage, clean, very well equipped and lovely touches with the welcome box left for us. Bed very comfortable and lovely new kitchen too. The garden was very welcoming too and beautifully kept. We very much hope to stay again.

Very good stay, even when something was needed it was sorted quickly. Good location for pub and easy to get into town or other local areas.

Such a wonderful home for our one night. We wished it could have been for longer. Everything you could want, comfy beds, great showers, neat kitchen. Dogs loved it too!

We had a great weekend at Amy's home, the view is stunning, as is the house, with a great open plan space, perfect for friends to get away. There is everything you might possibly need in the kitchen which is well laid out. The beds are very comfy, it was quite difficult to get out of them on Sunday morning to be out by 10 😀. Amy was very helpful when we had an issue with the showers. Great stay and highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Andrews place. Unfortunately we had to cut it short but everything was as described (even better than the photos!) and we hope to get back again.

Ahmeds place is simply perfect, very quiet and peaceful yet only a short stroll to busier areas. The apartment is fabulous, very modern yet cosy and comfortable. This place i would highly recommend. We are booking again for Autumn as it was fabulous. The host: Ahmed is a fantastic host. He met us at the apartment and gave us the grand tour. Very flexible with check in/out times. On hand any time if you require anything. All in all, we would give this place 10/10

I was looking for somewhere to stay after a gig at Old Woollen and this was the ideal location. Ryan sent me clear instructions in plenty of time to make finding the property straightforward. I received a warm welcome and some great recommendations for places to eat and drink during my stay. The room was immaculate, clean, comfortable and looked just like the photos. The bathroom was just as good. Highly recommended.

Historic 16th Century farmhouse annex set in its own woodland. Located in the heart of Bronte country and offering stunning panoramic views over Thornton valley. It’s a perfect location for those who enjoy privacy, yet still accessible for nearby amenities in Allerton and Bradford. Jenni and Roger are the perfect hosts! Very friendly and always on hand to offer assistance and advise if required. Ideal for business trips but even better for a getaway vacation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I highly recommended it to others! 5 Stars

Perfect location for a couple of nights in Harrogate. Wonderful apartment, very tastefully done. Rachael was very responsive and gave plenty of clear instructions. Couldn’t fault it!

Chris was the best host ever. He remained in contact throughout our stay, and checked we were okay with everything. He gave us plenty of recommendations for food, drink, places to go and things to do. The accommodation was 300m to the lower part of the town, and close to public footpaths and the river Nidd. The accommodation is small, but it’s top class.

As always, a great place to stay.
