Simone & Tim were absolutely lovely, chatty and welcoming. The property was really beautiful, clean and perfect for our stay. Simone had provided some little extra touches which always makes a stay that little bit more special and warming. We had everything we needed and enjoyed a good nights sleep after spending the evening at a lovely local restaurant recommended by Simone. Really enjoyed our stay at castle view. Eleanor was lovely and made us feel right at home. The location is convenient and an easy walk anywhere in town or to the train station. One thing I would mention is that the room is very compact. It’s got everything you need and is perfectly lovely but it is a bit of tight quarters. If I return to Inverness I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thanks!

We loved our stay at Jodie and Martin's place! Thanks to the clear instructions provided we got there without any issues but it might be trickier in the dark! Jodie's friendly welcome was great and she walked us through the room amenities. We were only staying for one night but the room was cosy, the kitchenette was very helpful for breakfast. We had a really comfortable and peaceful night's sleep and would return quite happily :)

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay in the apartment. Everything was there that we could have needed. It was very clean and tidy and Donald was a very kind and responsive host. Although it was only one night and we didn't spend much time in the apartment. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Donald and family! :)

Sabrina’s apartment was beautifully arranged and absolutely spotless. The attention to detail was clear—everything was clean, fresh, and thoughtfully provided. The bed was made up with crisp white linen, and the bathroom had soft, fluffy white towels that gave a hotel-like feel. The shared kitchen and living area were also immaculate, fully equipped with all the essentials you might need, from cookware to utensils—making it feel like a home away from home. Check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free, and Sabrina’s communication was prompt, helpful, and friendly throughout. The peaceful surroundings made for a great night’s sleep, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. We had a lovely stay – the surroundings are absolutely beautiful, with an amazing view out onto the landscape. The place was easy to find, super clean, and very modern – clearly newly renovated and definitely a higher standard than most other places we stayed at. The hosts were also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great experience – we’d happily come back!

The highland coo room is pretty nice and comfortable, the interior is designed with a lot of love by the hosts. The room itself is equipped with a very comfortable bed, a small TV, a nice litte couch and table and a private bath room with modern shower. In addition the room grants direct access to the garden with adjacent sheep and cow pastures, where you can sit a the nice little table and observe the animals during your own outside food. The shared space consists of a well equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a beautiful winter garden with some couches. Before we arrived we worried a bit that the location could be unclean due to other guests regularly checking in and out. But the host cleaned the common spätestens daily and everything was clean and tidy. The hosts themselves are really friendly and provided very good recommendations for hiking trails and other attractions. This was the best accomodation on our scotland round trip and we would stay here again definitely.

We had a wonderful time at Jenye's place- it exceede our expectations! Jenye really goes above and beyond to make the place cosy and clean- plus there is a lovely deck to enjoy beautiful and peaceful surroundings- we hope we'll get a chance to stay there again.

Everything was perfect from the time we arrived to the time we left. The hosts were amazingly friendly. It was very nice and everything we needed in the apartment. We arrived late, so the nice welcome basket with food was very useful.

Great stay, lovely little place for a getaway. Good location for walking, with some nice pubs and a couple of distilleries within an hour or so walking. Would definitely recommend.

Briony gave me a warm and friendly welcome and showed me around. Good coffee, tea and fresh eggs were there as were all the essentials like salt, pepper and olive oil. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need. The bathroom, lounge and bedroom were all very clean and the latter two were really good spaces. I travelled alone as I was working in the area, but it's a perfect getaway for a couple. 10 minutes drive from Aviemore and around 25 minutes from the huge car park where you can start the climb up to Ben Macdui, which I did on the Sunday. I would definitely like to stay again in the future, as there will be many more places to explore from a place that felt like home.

We had a great stay at this cabin! It had everything you’d want in an Airbnb, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Isabel was a wonderful host and gave us excellent suggestions for sightseeing and local food, which really helped us make the most of our trip. Highly recommended!
