Quiet : Not a through road, thick terrace walls for a good sleep. Kitchen come lounge with sofa bed and projector for entertainment. Your own bathroom. Kitchenette with convection microwave, kettle, fridge and toaster in large bedroom. ( If you may be offended by the sight of a motorbike in the hall please hesitate to book !!) Sleeping up to 7 guests, there's plenty of space for getaways with families or friends in our 3 bedroom home. All 3 rooms have a double bed + a single bed in the master bedroom. A generally quiet street, with friendly neighbours and a corner shop just a few doors away. Our home is located just a 10 minute drive from Swansea Bay, the Marina and the city centre which boasts a range restaurants, bars and activities including the Leisure Centre, Swansea Arena, the Grand Theatre and arcades.

Cosy maisonette in Sketty

A quaint and homely space with lots of natural light in a private and quiet area. This property is a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to Singleton Hospital, Swansea University (Singleton Park Campus) and Swansea Bay Sports Park. It also has easy access to the town centre and the Gower. This is my primary residence that I list on here whilst I am away, therefore a second bedroom will be locked up for storage. There is also an allocated parking space to the side of the building.

Smart TV free WIFI Netflix etc. Can accommodate 4 people & travel cot (upon request). 5 mins walk into town, 2 mins to the beach, close to the New Swansea Arena and many other amenities.
