Beautiful downtown Loft, Caribbean style, in a peaceful 8 apartments building. Surrounded by a green area with a small cozy pool. Just four blocks from the beach. Close to many local spots to have a nice lunch or drinks at night. The Loft is on the first floor, it has a bathroom with shower, kitchen and a sofa area that can sleep one extra person, and the bedroom is upstairs: comfy Queen size and a small closet. The Loft is nicely furnished, Mexican modern style, with tropical wood accents.

Very safe area, secure building with 24/7 guard & parking garage. 3 min walk to the Hilton beach & a 10 min walk to the happening Mamitas party beach. Excellent apartment for couples!!

Cozumel is a tourist place, it offers many attractions such as: the Punta Sur park, the ruins of San Gervacio, the beaches of the east coast. We also have a very good selection of restaurants. The apartment has a large space where you have your own kitchen and private bathroom. In addition to being able to enjoy the common areas such as the garden, pool and terraces. We are very well located. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, and business travelers.
