Vidanta is an amazing resort.

The studio was clean and bright as depicted. The location is within 10 - 15 minutes walking distance to anything you may require and especially the beach. The studio is at street level with it's advantages and for some disadvantages. The hosts were very plesent and attentive to any needs and requirements. My stay at Rosa Maria's studio was a great experience, l would recommend this studio for it's location and fun facture.

This place was a very lovely and charming place with an amazing location. The communication for any of my needs was prompt and accommodating, I could not have asked for better service! I would definitely revisit!

Great place walking steps to the beach, clean, they put attention to every detail. AC works perfectly. They even got a crib for my baby. Host always responsive and friendly. Highly recommended

The VIP experience and access to club member pricing was an AMAZING deal!!! The jungle literally meets the Ocean at Sandos Caracol. It is the only all inclusive resort in the area that has both Mayan ruins and a natural Xenote (spring fed pool) on the property. We saw Monkeys, Coati, Agouti, Turtles, Yucatan Jay Birds, Curassow, Yucatan Parrot, and many different Iguana and Lizards roaming about the property. At one point during our visit a spider monkey walked up to us and sat next to us for a few seconds. I have pictures and videos of it, it was one of the highlights of our trip for our 9 year old. The rooms are spotless, the amenities are incredible (water park slides were a hit). The drinks of all kinds are a 10/10. 7/10 at the buffets and 8.5/10 at the restaurants. If all you want to do is lay by the beach and drink umbrella drinks there are other resorts. If you love nature, suspension bridges, natural springs, and learning of cultural history this is the resort to go to.

El lugar está súper bonito con vibras thailandesas. Estas a unos cuantos pasos de la playa y cuenta con actividades extras como el beach club, masaje relajante (que no vienen incluidas en el pago de la estancia del hotel).

Doria was a fantastic host!! we booked our holiday in Playa del Carmen through her Royal Elite (RE) membership and was able to use all the benefits of the all inclusive property as if we were owners!! I highly recommend booking through a member instead of the hotel or Expedia since now you receive extra benefits and kids under 12 are free!! With Doria, you pay for the room to her on Airbnb and then proceed to pay the all inclusive fees to the hotel once Doria passes on your information to them. We would definitely take the kids back to this resort, there is so much for them to see and do. There was never a dull moment in the entire week. Loved it!!! Go for it

Room was very clean and the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. We were allowed an early check in which was phenomenon. Staff is great here. Location is great as well as it is steps away from mamitas beach

Dese el principio y la final todo muy bien en relación a las indicaciones de como llegar a el departamento, sin dejar de mencionar que el lugar es seguro y la atención y amabilidad de Luis muy buena. Cómodo y seguro. Recomendable.

El PH es tal cual en las fotos, padrísimo que saliendo está la alberca. El staff es muy amigable, el señor que nos hizo el registro nos explicó el acceso y llevó hasta el PH cerciorándose de que no tuviéramos dudas. Todo muy limpio; en la cocina encuentras varios utensilios yo solo recomendaría agregar un sartén pero hay varias cacerolas. El chico al checkout también fue muy amable, nos ofreció contactar un taxi y nos ayudó muy rápidamente. La zona está suuuper tranquila y a un par de cuadras (como 3) de la playa.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the rally with other guests the following day. The place was spotless, and although the bubble house was a bit warm when we arrived, it cooled down nicely at night. Overall, we had a lot of fun!

El departamento está ubicado en pleno corazón de Playa del Carmen, el entorno es precioso, sobretodo la piscina, ideal para unas merecidas vacaciones.

Mi familia se sintió como en casa, la estancia en la casa fue cómoda. Tuvimos seguridad y privacidad, el primer día tuvimos problemas con el WiFi porque estaba lloviendo pero después fue funcional.

I had a lovely stay. the complex is beautiful and well maintained and very clean! I had some trouble finding the place because I arrived at night time. but despite my late arrival, they were very accommodating and nice. It is in a quiet area and in between PDC and cancún, so it is nice and quiet. next time I hope to try the wakeboarding park!
