Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Province of Terni

My friend and I made a last minute decision to stay over in Orvieto and we are grateful that Lidia and her team had this second floor unit available! It is close to everything and a stone's throw from Duomo.

Casa Mimosa is absolutely amazing place, surrounded by nature, very peacefull and with a stunning view! Apartment itself is kept up to the highest standards- extremely clean, functioning and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Little touches like hand made soap, bread and olive oil, selection of tea bags and a kettle, water in the fridge or cereals and milk for the breakfast made us feel spoiled and very looked after. Teresa is more like a friend than a host. She is very knowledgeable about the area and will give you tips and recommendations at any time. We loved talking with her about pretty much everything. At the same time she is very discreet and attentive. There is so much more I could say about her and Casa Mimosa... An absolute paradise! And of course cannot forget about Penny the dog- officially my husband's best friend and her new boyfriend😅

Biba and Danilo were fantastic when we checked in. AC was already cooling the place down which was perfect on such a hot day. The house is very well appointed and comfortable. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.

I loved my stay at Marta’s apartment! The apartment is amazing, and much larger than the pictures show. Marta was so welcoming and sweet and easy to communicate with. Great location also, several bars and restaurants on the piazza and a short walk to the sights and the mountain nearby. Will definitely book again for my next trip to Spoleto.

Andrea is a fantastic host, the stay was impeccable and communications easy and timely, not least he perfectly managed an inconvenience created by the person who was staying with me.

Leonella is a wonderful homeowner. From check-in to checkout, he will guide you step by step, with extreme kindness and availability, at all times. The apartment is located in the heart of the center in a very quiet street. It's also really well-stocked. From the kitchen with various utensils and dishes, to the washing machine. One of the best B&Bs I've stayed at. Thanks!

We had a great stay at this lovely 3-bedroom villa in San Damiano. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was peaceful and perfect for exploring the area. Everything went smoothly—would happily stay again!

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

THE BEST! My first view out the small terrace was possibly the most beautiful I will ever see: a large mountainside of fields, olive and grape vineyards, quaint homes and large monasteries, winding roads and long high speed passenger trains! Inside, the design and materials of this home cannot be beat: a beautiful combination of 3000 year old history stocked full of modern comforts! Open the doors and windows and feel the breeze waft through smelling of honeysuckle and jasmine. Giovanni’s Castle on the Rock is just amazing. We especially were interested in the Orvieto tuff caves dug by the Bronze Age Etruscans. Beneath our feet were two floors of these caves, beautifully finished and lit with marble and tile floors and steps. Nearby were two more remarkable systems of caves: Il Labirinto and Della La Cava. The latter is less than a block away. Both are far better than the Orvieto Underground! Treat yourselves to this delightful discovery! It’s the perfect rest stop in a medieval city!

The house is as beautiful as in the pictures. It is also very pleasant to live in. The large pool is a delight for young and old. The fully fenced grounds are a real plus, our dog was able to explore the premises independently. Everything is done to ensure that visitors have a wonderful vacation. We also took advantage of the olive oil and fresh vegetables brought by the next market gardener. Catharine is a lovely host and very available. We'll be back!

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

Like many others have said the pictures do not describe how lovely this home is. We had planned to go to Rome for 2 days but we enjoyed our time in Bolsena so much that we extended our trip. We love the area and hope to visit again, it truly was exactly the vacation we hoped for! Thank you!

Wonderful and scenic beautiful accommodations in a peaceful and serene surroundings. Pool on our doorsteps and felt like we had it all to ourselves, there flying swifts and surrounded by nature. The apartment had everything we needed - a well equipped kitchen, nice smelling soft towels. Cristina was an amazing and friendly host, super helpful and answered any questions we had. And we had a lot. She provided us with a steamer for us to iron our clothes for a wedding we were attending for our stay. She was clear and flexible and allowed us to extend an extra night last minute. We would love to come come back and stay again. We highly recommend this place 🤍

It was wonderful staying in Ignazio's apartment in the beautiful Spoleto. He was such an accommodating host: meeting us, taking us to his great place, and telling us all about the area. Spoleto is a fascinating city, and we would love to return. The flat is extremely comfortable, and lovely, right in the centre of the city, walking distance to gorgeous restaurants and sites. We had a wonderful stay at Valentina's in Spoleto (two weeks in Dec/Jan). The appartment is the ideal mix of a traditional, rustic atmosphere and a modern, convenient functioning Italian appartment. It was one of the best places we ever stayed in Italy. Valentina was a very welcoming host, very communicative and always responding. Spoleto and its surroundings is amazing, lots to do both culturally and with regards to nature. Apart from that there are more than enough places to have aperitivo's, cafe and great pranzo's or dinners. Also other beautiful places are just around the corner if you have car (even if not, there is train station from where you can visit many other towns - just take your time and check the train schedule). Spoleto as well as the appartment and its host are highly recommended. Umbria is truely in the heart of Italy: organisation and infrastructure of the north and warmth and charm of the south! Go and see for yourself ;-)

The house is located on a hill and you need to climb up to get to downtown but it only takes 5 minutes to be there. Via Della cava is a known location. We enjoyed the different restaurants and the local shops. We were able to enjoy Orvieto for 3 days and travel to other places very easily. We also cooked at Lucia’s house for one of our meals. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this place for a couple or small family who wants to enjoy the beautiful history and art created in Orvieto. The Domo is so beautiful. Don’t miss it.

Lovely spacious and well maintained apartment with a creative flair located inside the historic city walls of Montefalco. The home had all the amenities we needed and the host was kind and responsive. We were so glad to stay in this lovely place. Our family was a bit jealous and will be looking to book this the next time they're in the area.

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

A lovely place in an old building in the very heart of Spoleto. The apartment was absolutely perfect! Everything new and spotless. And very cozy. Alessandro was extremely helpful and came to pick up us at the station. Also he left a bottle of local wine as a gift. A great experience in Spoleto! Highly recommend.

Andrea is a very friendly and generous host, and it was a lovely stay in Bagnaia. I would recommend having a car; Bagnaia is not as well-connected to public transit as Google Maps suggests it is.
