Beautiful location! The house is spacious, furnished in a rustic style with attention to detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We spent four days in total tranquility, surrounded by nature and breathtaking scenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunsets while walking in the surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the common areas are comfortable and well-organized. The host was extremely helpful and proactive from check-in, promptly responding to any needs. A place I highly recommend to anyone seeking a break immersed in nature.

This was a really lovely airbnb stay. The home is on a tiny pedestrian square in a quiet town with beautiful views nearby of the surrounding countryside. A great perk to have the local swimming pool available to use on hot days.

We stayed for 2 weeks in August 24 in this gorgeous house. The 3 of us and our dog had an awesome time there and enjoyed all the great amenities this house offers: Starting from comfy beds, clean bathrooms and a small but really well equipped kitchen over the absolutely beautiful garden with lots of fruit (fig, pear, pomgranate etc.) trees, a nice patio and the big pool. The communication with Roberto (house owner) was exceptional - he was very proactive and informed us in all cases when the gardener was showing up, or when he took care of the pool. In these occasions he also supplied us with nice pastries from Rome - grazie again for this kind treatment. Roberto also organized a wine tasting/menu in the vicinity for us, which was another highlight of this vacation. We can only recommend this house and Roberto and his wife Marta as perfect hosts, and are grateful for being given the opportunity to stay there. We will come back in the future!

Sara and Salvatore's accommodation is a jewel with attention to the smallest details. We really appreciated all the little touches reserved for their guests. The view is amazing and you can enjoy priceless tranquility. Hosts are available. We hope to be able to return very soon!

She is an angel, and we truly enjoyed staying at her property. The property itself was gorgeous, spacious, with stunning views, super clean, and had more than required amenities. Donkeys and Roses is an enchanting paradise in the breathtaking Italian countryside. The house is historic and elegant with a gorgeous porch and upstairs deck for enjoying breakfast or an evening glass of wine. We loved swimming in the luxurious, well maintained swimming pool, cooking in the magnificent kitchen and then relaxing on one of the gorgeous living room sofas. Nearby, there are many enchanting villages seemingly untouched by tourism. Our day trip to Rome was quick and easy as we parked our car inexpensively for the day at the local train station and then took a direct train to and from the centre of Rome. Enrico is the perfect gentleman and our communication was always a pleasure. We both agreed that this is the best Airbnb that we have stayed at over the years. Everything about our stay was perfect and I can’t imagine a more amazing Italian villa than Donkeys and Roses.

Thank you for the warm welcome and the nice time, it was wonderful with you! I felt very, very comfortable. The accommodation is in a great location, in the middle of the mountains, with an incredibly great view over the valley. It is an almost magical place. The hostess was very warm and her staff was very friendly and always helped me with everything. The hostess even brought a piece of homemade cake to the pool one day. That was really great. The apartment is great, very clean, spacious, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. You can only feel comfortable in this wonderful place.

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Place is huge for a family of 6. We enjoyed our stay. The host went out his way to help us find the place. Overall, it was a nice stay in your place.

We loved our stay with Anna. Despite a small hitch in finding the place, our stay went very smoothly. The accommodation is clean and the pool is a huge plus (it was over 34 degrees Celsius during our stay). Anna was super nice and the language barrier didn't stop us from communicating thanks to Google Translate or WhatsApp. When we arrived, we had a basket filled with small gifts (a bottle of wine, olive oil, honey and a homemade cheese from the farm) and the day after our first night, Anna brought us a delicious pastry. Thank you Anna for this amazing stay and we will definitely be back if we come back to Tuscany.

Wow. Just wow. This is paradise on earth, and I wish I would never go home. The house and surroundings are just more stunning than any picture can show. Kids friendly, family friendly, stunning surroundings, near great restaurants, and supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive, and they have a maintenance person fixing everything you need. I will definitely come back with my family. Very, very, very recommendable.

We spent a wonderful week with eight adults and five children in a stunning villa. The place is perfect for such a big party. Big pool that was cleaned daily, lots of chairs for sunbathing. Two large tables where the whole crew could eat. Outside fridge. Inside well rooms, good soundproofing, each with its own bathroom. A restaurant-level kitchen where it was fun to cook and do the dishes with an efficient machine. Friendly, caring, and hospitable host family, we got to enjoy their welcome food , cakes, and pizza. Everyone left a longing for a place, highly recommended, and we'll be back.

One of the highlights of this property is the beautiful, neatly maintained, vast orchard, which is completely surrounded by rosemary bushes. Cherry-, Mulberry-, Walnut-, Apricot-, and Olive trees, a neat little BBQ grill, a functioning bread/pizza oven and the enormous pool leave nothing to be desired. The house overlooks the valley and is surrounded by vineyards and hazelnut plantations. Peaceful, quiet, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your holiday.

The house overall was great, we had the whole area gor ourselfes with a lot of fruit-trees arround with the pool as a highlight. The furniture is a bit basic but nothing to worry about. Also the communication with our host was quick and helpful. Just the access road was a bit more offroad than expected. But we would visit again!!

We had a great stay. It is a beautiful property and the house is very cozy and has everything you need. The private pool is a highlight. Neighborhoods are very quiet and private. The hostess was very courteous and helpful. She didn't speak English, but we were still able to communicate easily. The WIFI is enough for all private matters, for professional it could be a bit slow. All in all, we are very happy that we booked this place. The description and pictures are very consistent with the listing found. Thank you!
