The Cellar (Palazzo Pallotti)

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

Gilda's home

La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.

We are located in the green heart of Umbria in an area completely surrounded by greenery, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, Spoleto is only 5 minutes by car, Assisi 45 minutes, Perugia 1 hour, in our area you can find groceries,bar, pharmacy, distributor, shops, we offer a double room plus another room with a single bed for a total of 3 beds with a kitchen, four-legged friends are welcome.

Apartment located in a charming and quiet 18th-century village, built in stone between the mountains that separate the city of Spoleto and that of Terni. Inside the village, mobility is guaranteed by stairs to be covered exclusively on foot, which offer glimpses of landscape relief during the passage. Heating is possible thanks to a thermo fireplace (firewood always available). On request you can have a garage for motorcycles, bicycles or small cars.

B&B Il Vecchio Ulivo - Frantoio room

The B&B is located in a rural area of the Orvieto hills and is 15 km from the center of Orvieto; precisely on the Umbro Casertinese state road - Biagio locality - which leads from Orvieto to Montefiascone. It is a typical tuff farmhouse, dating back to the sixteenth century, whose stones were extracted from the hill that surrounds and protects it. Completely renovated in 2009, it has three rooms for guest use, nicely furnished with private bathroom.

The accommodation is located within our house, with a separate entrance, on the ground floor. 70 sq. meters open space, in a quiet residential area of the city of Terni, excellent location to easily reach the most important tourist destinations in the area. Guests will have a very comfortable place to stay, a small outdoor garden, and convenient parking. The guest den is a fully equipped modern space, it has everything you need for your stay.

Helle, renovierte Wohnung im obersten Stock eines historischen Gebäudes in der Altstadt. Vallerano ist ein entzückendes kleines Städtchen in den Monti Cimini. Es ist etruskischen Ursprung, erbaut mit Tuffstein. Stadtkern und Gebäude sind mittelalterlich bzw. tragen die Handschrift der Familie Farnese. Vom Balkon aus beobachten Sie das Treiben im Städtchen. Es gibt kein WLAN aber vollen mobilen Handyempfang 4G/LTE.
