Vacation rentals with a patio in Prescott

Ruth's Airbnb unit was in a perfect location for the purpose of my visit. I appreciated the clear instructions on day of check-in and the communication prior to my check-in. The unit was spotless and had a fully stocked kitchen for making meals. The beds were comfy with nice linens. The condo is much more spacious than I anticipated, and it was very quiet. There is a creek and path nearby which was nice to walk in the mornings and evenings. It is also close to the downtown area as well. I would definitely stay again and if you are looking for a place that can house two couples, this would be an ideal spot. Thank you, Ruth and Kevin for a wonderful stay!

Ann was very communicative. The private patio space has a beautiful view where we enjoyed the March snow on the hills. We heard her two dogs at different times throughout our stay. Ann’s place had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay here again.

This was our second time staying at Sam Hill Apartments and we’ll definitely be back again. The location is perfect, within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and sightseeing spots, which made it super convenient for our toddler and two large dogs. The small yard is a huge plus, just the right size for our dogs to comfortably use the bathroom. The apartment itself is clean and thoughtfully stocked with kitchen basics, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. There was even enough space for a playpen, which made traveling with a two-year-old so much easier. Highly recommend for families and pet owners.

Really liked your place! Great for a short visit. The location was amazing!! I saw part of Prescott, AZ that I didn't know existed. Close to downtown, and also parks and lakes. I would stay here again, and again. Thank you, Joey and Peter

The place had everything we needed while I cared for a family member nearby. It was a quiet spot to return to after a long day. I enjoyed sitting under the Mulberry trees while relaxing too!

Janne and Byron are super hosts and the apartment like accommodation's are second to none! Their place is central to many restaurant's, shops, bars, golf courses, gas and grocery stores. We love this place and always stay there when visiting Prescott, AZ. It's a very private location and have outdoor seating too to enjoy a firepit or just relax and read a book. We'll be back, Lord willing!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Creekside Cottage! It was very cozy, and accommodating for our pup! Would definitely return!

Kat was a fabulous communicator. Even though she was out of town during our stay she made sure that we were taken care of by having a second point of contact. The place was basically a studio apartment. The king bed was nicely appointed and very comfy. We did not use the pull out couch. The kitchen was nice & clean with lots of options for cooking up good food. The table was a little small but we could eat at the counter so we were good. Thanks for a great stay!

All the little extras made this property totally stand out. It seemed she thought of everything in advance and truly offers a home away from home. We were perfectly at ease there, which doesn’t come naturally for us outside of our own personal space. I would not hesitate to book this place again when I go back to visit my family!

This stay was everything we could have hoped for and more! The house is the cutest little gem in Prescott—cozy, beautifully decorated, and absolutely spotless. Every detail felt intentional and welcoming, from the charming decor to the warm, inviting layout. What made our experience even better was the host. She was incredibly responsive, kind, and thoughtful throughout our entire stay. She went above and beyond in every way—especially in being so accommodating and supportive of my daughter, who was attending Cowboy Prom. It meant the world to us to have such genuine kindness and flexibility during such a special moment. If you’re headed to Prescott, don’t think twice—book this place. It’s peaceful, perfectly located, and hosted by someone who truly cares. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved staying in Melody's cozy place. It was spotless with a stocked coffee bar that was super nice. Easy to find, in a nice neighborhood, and close to coffee shops and Whiskey Row. Would recommend this place.

We were so pleased with this home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our meal planning. The coffee bar was a nice touch. The views were stunning of the surrounding rolling hills/mountains. The decor throughout the house was well done. Loved everything about this house. Three of the four bedrooms had king sized (comfortable!) beds. The home appears to be newly remodeled. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would go back without a doubt. We enjoyed the firepit at night for our Mother's Day ladies weekend. Only 10 min drive to Watson Lake which is a must see if you want a nice hike with incredible views. Thanks Anthony.

Absolutely my favorite Airbnb in Prescott! So good, I had to come again and stay. Between the handwritten note, gift, and upmost cleanliness, I’ll never stay anywhere else.

2nd time with Melanie. We attended the Reata Pass auction across the street. Convenient for us. Mexican restaurant is always good. We had a little issue and was responded to with in minutes. ALL GOOD

Overall it was pleasant staying! The property is well kept. It’s family oriented. The noise is somewhat uncomfortable but the host is very considerate by providing ear plugs, which was really nice of them!

Melanie was an amazing host! It's the cutest little spot & the outside area feels very cost & private too. It's a beautiful building & the decor was really perfect, I stayed in the corner room #3 & enjoyed lunch one day outside in my little private corner patio too... The shower water pressure is excellent & hot. The bed & pillows are like a spa. I stayed 3 nights & it was dreamy! I actually extended my stay adding on the last night after I arrived... It's 5 min or less to the Rodeo grounds, local night life... Quiet at night, you can hear some things during the day... Very nice area. I'll be back for sure!

We had a great time in Prescott. We were able to enjoy the beautiful walk from the airbnb straight to downtown. We felt safe and comfortable while we stayed at Sunny's airbnb. We will definitely book in the future for another great vacation.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We have a dog and took advantage of a really nice set of trails that are five minutes away (in addition to the endless array of trails within driving distance). Chris and Jen were very communicative, and the place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Parking was also very convenient and included guest spots for visitors.
