This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. Our 1.3 acre mini urban ranch makes you feel far from the city with beautiful views . We have farm critters to meet with your host. Fresh eggs provided . Owner on site, but you will have small home to yourself. The toilet is an odorless compost type toilet but does not require guests to clean or handle waste.

This hidden gem is centrally located on N Mountain in N Central Phoenix. 20 min to downtown Phx, 20 min to W. Valley, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Phoenix Int'l Airport. Our Casita features 1 room with a king bed, 1 bathroom, and a patio that faces west to enjoy Arizona's beautiful sunsets. We have a very steep driveway, and a full flight of stairs to the casita. If you have trouble walking or have knee and/or breathing problems, this is not the place for you.
