It was very worthwhile to have stayed in this condominium, a great pool, the beach is within walking distance, super safe. Rodrigo always answered questions quickly, super kind. I'll be back soon and I won't even look for another one, I'll be staying at this beautiful condominium again.

There were 4 of us and the accommodations met our needs very well. Especially the kitchen, which had everything that was needed. Super recommend and will come back more often!

My experience at Silvana's apartment was great. The view from the apartment was one of the highlights. The listing description and photos are true to reality and the building has a very good structure, with a very practical and easy check-in. Cozy apartment, great location, in addition to the seaside fair that is in front, several restaurants, gas stations and market all very close, very organized and I needed assistance for the Internet and Jairo gave assistance. The street can be a little noisy, but just close the door, which seals the sound well, doors seal the street light well inside the property too, I highly recommend the accommodation.

Hello, I spent 7 days with my family at João's house and it was just wonderful. The house perfectly matches the photos. It is spacious, ventilated, has comfortable beds, and a swimming pool that is always clean and well-kept. But the icing on the cake of the stay was hiring Nice's service. What a polite, helpful, kind woman. It makes you feel at home, cooking a little bit of everything with love. They always have a smile on their face. A real gift of the stay. Thank you very much, Nice, for all your care with me and my family. You're ahead of the curve. We'll be back!

Bedroom and bathroom are exactly like the pictures. Cleaning of the place is impeccable. Hosting and extremely friendly and welcoming hosts, you feel right at home. Good bed, excellent and clean air conditioning. Internet (Wi-Fi) works perfectly. The TV, with a little patience (laughs), works well too. I am a client, I prefer the larger room (mainly because of its parking that is more practical), but I recommend lodging with Dona Rozângila without any reservations in both rooms. She is very attentive to absolutely everything and always flexible with my checkouts. I will definitely return.

Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

My stay at Luciana and Renan's apartment was amazing. They were kind enough to recommend things to do and always very attentive to answer any questions. I didn't have any problems. The apartment is large and comfortably accommodates 5 people, the location is excellent, close to everything, at most 15 minutes from anywhere I needed to go. I felt at home, so much so that I've already made another reservation for the end of the month.
