The hosts were extremely friendly and always responded quickly when we had questions. The apartment was spotless and was in accordance with the listing. The condominium is very nice and the staff are polite. Finally, the stay was wonderful and we will return again.

The apto is very nice, has an incredible view of the sea and the place is quiet. Melina was super solicit and attentive for everything we needed to know about the place, places to recommend, doubts about the apt and the surroundings. The only point that I would need to reinforce is the cleaning of the apt, as there were some dirty kitchen items like the stove, the floor was clingy and the double bedding was smelly.

We stayed for 7 days and whenever necessary Matheus was available and attentive. The house is beautiful, overlooking the pool and with the warmth of Fortaleza, the wind that hits the apartment is wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay, in the best place to vacation in Fortaleza. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for everyday life, with new, modern kitchen appliances and tasteful decor. Really excellent accommodation, beautiful apartment, comfortable with all the necessary elements to have a great stay. I spent 10 days in June and the truth is that it is highly recommended, the pool is always clean and in good condition, the common areas too, the beautiful beach is a three-minute walk and the beach park. Close to a top-quality Piñeiro supermarket. The apartment has air conditioning and a TV in all its rooms. Congratulations Anoel.

I loved my stay, the apartment is very beautiful with an amazing view, full kitchen, clean apartment, impeccable bed and bath linens. Close to several cool restaurants that you can walk to. Well located apartment... large condominium... on the first day we had a little difficulty walking around it, it seems a little confusing but with the days we found our way around lol.. Very close to the Beira Mar fair, a lot of movement on the street every day, including on weekdays. It's very hot at night, sleeping only with the air conditioning on. Denise is a very nice person... she gave us tips and helped us when requested.

The stay was for 3 couples, the atmosphere is great, both the apartment and the building itself, the large rooms, good bathrooms, there are two suites and a bedroom with the bathroom in front, so it turns out to be 3 suites (for those who go as a group of 6 people). The host provided a complete bed set, towels. Fully equipped kitchen, appliances, water filter and more, laundry area with washing machine. In front of the apartment, a great location on the waterfront, close to good restaurants, close to the fish market. Good leisure area on the ground floor, good gym.

I believe that the one who was most surprised was my 4-year-old daughter, she loved the apartment, the pool area, my grandmother loved the hammock on the balcony and I thought all the amenities around Studio Iracema were perfect. Everything we needed to feel at home was in the rental, so I give it a 10, and I'm already recommending it to friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. The apartment is comfortable and well decorated with great amenities. It’s perfect with kids, with the short walk to the swings/playground which you can see from the terrace.

We had an amazing weekend at the house! It is super spacious and well furnished, two bedrooms with air-conditioning and one bedroom with a fan. The house has a great variety of household items, such as a stove, air fryer, sandwich maker and even a coffee maker, which made all the difference for our stay. In addition, the condominium structure is excellent, offering safety and comfort, and the location is simply wonderful, as it is in front of the beach🏝️! Perfect for those who want to take a dip in the sea and go for a late afternoon walk. I highly recommend the accommodation and would definitely come back!

Carolina and Dona Vânia were always very kind and assisted us promptly at all times. We didn't meet in person, but it was like we did. The house is beautiful, great location (you can see the pool insanity..lol) the nearby beach is also a delight. There is a market in front that you can walk to, a pharmacy. It's in a quiet place. We had very happy days as a family. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

The stay was very comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood. The place is large and pleasant, and we have a lot of enjoyment of the days we stay. However, some points could be improved. The bathroom windows are very low, which generated discomfort at the time of the bath. Also, the door of one of the bathrooms was jammed and made a lot of noise when it opened and closed. We also noticed a gutter in the barbecue.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well maintained and very well located. The experience was great from the start — the host was thoughtful and quickly answered all our questions. The location is a great differential: you can walk to Beach Park in all tranquillity. Another point that made all the difference was the washing machine, super useful during the stay, and the air-conditioning in all the rooms, ensuring comfort at all times. Undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in the area. We are already planning to come back!
