Hello, I spent 7 days with my family at João's house and it was just wonderful. The house perfectly matches the photos. It is spacious, ventilated, has comfortable beds, and a swimming pool that is always clean and well-kept. But the icing on the cake of the stay was hiring Nice's service. What a polite, helpful, kind woman. It makes you feel at home, cooking a little bit of everything with love. They always have a smile on their face. A real gift of the stay. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. The location was received as shown in the images. The neighborhood is very quiet, you can go without any fear! The house is very private, very cozy, it has everything you need to spend many days and months there! Luciano was super helpful at all times, gave us several tips on places that delivered to the door: markets, pharmacy, roast chicken, water, everything you need has someone who can deliver to your door. There's a barber next to the house. It's close to the mall, there's always an Uber in the area, and on the way back there's always an Uber that accepts right away to return. The place far exceeded expectations, I highly recommend it!
