Great stay. Good location. The proactive and receptive host. The house is very clean. Flexible check-in and check-out. Great value for money.

House is exactly as it is in the photos, and the pool is very good for bathing. Beatriz was super accessible and allowed flexible check-in. The only observation I make is that the cleaning of the house needs to be improved, as it was quite dusty on the ceiling, with bugs and cobwebs.

Hello, I spent 7 days with my family at João's house and it was just wonderful. The house perfectly matches the photos. It is spacious, ventilated, has comfortable beds, and a swimming pool that is always clean and well-kept. But the icing on the cake of the stay was hiring Nice's service. What a polite, helpful, kind woman. It makes you feel at home, cooking a little bit of everything with love. They always have a smile on their face. A real gift of the stay. Thank you very much, Nice, for all your care with me and my family. You're ahead of the curve. We'll be back!

The house is very beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The private pool is great. The house was well organized and clean. The Bougainvilleas make the environment special. Mrs. Poliana and her daughter were very kind and gave the necessary attention to our needs. The stay couldn't have been better.

Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

We stayed at Henrique's house and we have nothing but praise! The house is exactly as shown in the photos — clean, organized, comfortable and with a perfect structure to welcome the family. The location is great, close to everything we need. Henrique was an impeccable host: attentive, helpful and always available. Everything worked perfectly during the stay. We recommend with eyes closed and we will definitely return!

I spent 10 days in June and the truth is that it is highly recommended, the pool is always clean and in good condition, the common areas too, the beautiful beach is a three-minute walk and the beach park. I loved my stay, the apartment is very beautiful with an amazing view, full kitchen, clean apartment, impeccable bed and bath linens. Close to several cool restaurants that you can walk to. Well located apartment... large condominium... on the first day we had a little difficulty walking around it, it seems a little confusing but with the days we found our way around lol.. Very close to the Beira Mar fair, a lot of movement on the street every day, including on weekdays. It's very hot at night, sleeping only with the air conditioning on. Denise is a very nice person... she gave us tips and helped us when requested.

The stay was for 3 couples, the atmosphere is great, both the apartment and the building itself, the large rooms, good bathrooms, there are two suites and a bedroom with the bathroom in front, so it turns out to be 3 suites (for those who go as a group of 6 people). The host provided a complete bed set, towels. Fully equipped kitchen, appliances, water filter and more, laundry area with washing machine. In front of the apartment, a great location on the waterfront, close to good restaurants, close to the fish market. Good leisure area on the ground floor, good gym.

I believe that the one who was most surprised was my 4-year-old daughter, she loved the apartment, the pool area, my grandmother loved the hammock on the balcony and I thought all the amenities around Studio Iracema were perfect. Everything we needed to feel at home was in the rental, so I give it a 10, and I'm already recommending it to friends.

The accommodation met expectations, I already know the region well, I knew exactly where the place was, so this made the choice easier. The apartment has all the basic utensils of a regular residence, so we made our own breakfast, lunch and dinner. Excellent location and the condominium has a pool and other attractions. One suggestion would be a better internet connection, or maybe the same one at the time could be fluctuating a lot. Anyway, I found the perfect accommodation for a couple to stay comfortably! But if more people go, the sofa is extremely comfortable and easily accommodates one more person.
