I really liked the hospitality of the host, he was very helpful and gave several recommendations, the only thing that bothered me during the stay was that there were no utensils like couscous and pressure cooker, but he explained to me why he didn't have the pressure cooker due to a domestic accident. In relation to Porto das Dunas, I really liked the beach, I just didn't like the streets there and also the fact that there aren't many places nearby to visit, only in Aquiraz, which is a few minutes away, but I do recommend it to those who want to visit.

Lucilene was super helpful in everything we needed, and when there was a situation that the Suítes hotel couldn't resolve, she went personally and resolved everything. The apartment is a mini house, with a little bit of everything for us to stay. As we did not have a food package at the hotel, we bought groceries at the market and cooked in the apartment. I recommend it, and if I come back, I'll stay in her apartment again. Thank you very much, Lucilene, for your hospitality. The structure of the Hotel Suítes is breathtaking and the beach is almost private and beautiful. The staff at the Suites hotel are extremely polite, helpful and quick, and there was no distinction at any time because we were guests of the owner and not the hotel. A differentiated service. I definitely recommend it.

It was all wonderful! The place is amazing with many leisure areas and activities, the children loved! Apto is excellent, it has everything we need and quite orgazinhado and clean. Cozy house, super complete, near Beach Park and super attentive host

Location was a 10/10. Beautiful complex with lots of activities to do. Apartment was great and clean. I really like my stay there . Would come back for sure.

Lídia's apartment is excellent! Very well equipped, with all the necessary utensils for a super comfortable stay. Everything was clean, tidy, and working perfectly. A major highlight was the super welcoming environment for children – with monitors who perform recreations and a kids space where the little ones have fun safely and freely. The leisure area is wonderful, perfect for relaxing with the family. The location is also great, with an exit very close to the entrance of Vila Azul do Beach Park, which makes access much easier. I highly recommend Lídia's place and I will definitely return on a future occasion!

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean and organized, the atmosphere is very family-like, with a wonderful leisure area, including the restaurant whose menu is very good. The service provided by Francy was excellent.

Amazing accommodation, I stayed with my family to spend Mother's Day in Fortaleza, I went with my grandmother too, despite the access being by stairs, my grandmother managed to climb normally because she had a handrail to hold on to, in addition, as she only sleeps in a hammock, we managed to put a hammock so that she slept comfortably. Super clean and spacious place to go with many friends or a large family, great kitchen to make meals and save a little on outings. Paulo was an excellent host, helped my parents and grandmother check in, recommended several places to visit, and was always super willing to help with any difficulties.

Wonderful flat, accommodates a couple perfectly, with all the utensils, easy location, close to pharmacy and 1 block from the beach. The building is very residential, concierge very attentive. Although small, the flat accommodated us and our large dogs well…. Dona Fausta and Rochelle were very nice to us. I highly ❤️ recommend it and will bring my family to stay here

Second time we stayed in that apartment! And super we recommend novamenre as we love the stay. The space is cozy and clean, well taken care of in a great location and very close to Beach Park. The place is cozy and spacious for two people, the view of the sea from the balcony is amazing. We dined on that same balcony, being graced by the beach lights and a good wind at night, and it was priceless. The hotel is very beautiful and the view from the elevator even more so. The host is proactive and super polite. A safe place with great restaurants. I recommend it to everyone.
