This is an air-conditioned third floor 625 sq.ft. addition to a 1925 duplex. It was built in 2000, has windows on all sides, and no walls except the bathroom. The property is totally fenced, and includes lovely gardens and a front patio, and is located in a quiet neighborhood very near Macalester College in St. Paul. I think it has everything guests would want except a full kitchen. Fortunately, there are many good restaurants and grocery stores, nearby, especially on Grand Avenue.

Shane's place was a great. The backyard was really cool. We saw deer and wild turkeys roaming the backyard. The house had everything you needed especially when you cook your own food. The location of the house was close to all highways needed to get around the twin cities easily. Shane gave us local recommendations based on our interests. His communication was welcoming and his response time was quick. If you enjoy soft beds, which I do specifically, this was likely the best bed I've had at any airbnb and vrbo I've stayed at. We slept great on them. this was a great getaway for us (2 parents and 2 kids 5yrs and 7yrs old). thank you again for a great stay!

Ethel & John were great hosts. They both were warm & welcoming. I’d definitely stay with them again when traveling to MN. The space was located on a quiet street, yet walkable to restaurants and other places. Public transportation is also nearby for adventures further from town.

They kindly allowed me to leave my bags after checkout, and often offered me beverages whenever they were having something themselves. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness and generosity!

Zhauna’s place was wonderful. Very clean, spacious and quiet. She was very responsive to any messages and had great amenities and complimentary snacks and coffee. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the Minneapolis area!
