Cute apartment in St Paul across from Como Park! Como has it all including Como Lake, bike trails, picnic areas, ball fields, restaurants, and even a zoo! Beautiful mature oaks and green space out the front door with plenty of room to roam or hang out in a hammock and enjoy the day. This apartment has a spacious bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is plenty of on-street parking available with bike lanes and public transit nearby. Como Park is centrally located in St Paul.

Modern, stylish, kid friendly 3 bed, 1 bath home.

Our home is within walking distance of the MN State Fairgrounds and Como Park! Perfect if you are a fan of the fair or have a wedding/event at the Como Conservatory. This space doubles as a photography studio and has tons of natural light. We highly recommend taking a soak in the clawfoot tub. It doubles as a shower, please use inner curtain. Not the best fit for mobility issues. This home was built in 1900, so it has the old charm and woodwork, but AC/Heat and modern amenities.

Enjoy a full bathroom with laundry, and a kitchenette: 4.5 cu.ft. refrigerator, microwave, extra large toaster oven, hot plate, crock pot, pots, pans, dishes, keurig coffee machine, and full kitchen sink. 1 queen bed accommodates up to two guests. Guests must have at least 3 positive stay reviews to book our space.

The house is in a quiet residential area just one mile from Macalester College and half a mile from St. Thomas University but easy access to Interstate 94, Interstate 35W, and Snelling Avenue makes it easy to get to downtown St.Paul, downtown Minneapolis, and the airport.
