Vacation rentals with beach access in Paddington

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kate was a very responsive and accomodating host, proving great recommendations around the area. Make sure to check out Frank’s, a deli with great coffee and even better sandwiches, only a short walk from apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and aesthetic. We’ll be back!

Beautiful studio apartment with a stellar view overlooking Bondi. Uphill walk through a lovely, safe neighbourhood. Easy to walk to shops, cafes and the beach (but you must be okay with hills and walking ) . We loved everything about it. Very quiet and beautiful little spot

Ideal location for exploring Sydney. We loved all the shops and excellent bars and restaurants in Potts Point. The view over the harbour is magnificent and the apartment is well appointed and ideal for a couple. The host was excellent and I hope to return again next year.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed Wollies, Beach and the bus . The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

A gorgeous airbnb in a gorgeous location - close to shops, cafes and the beach. The house has been set up beautifully, both stylish and comfortable, with lots of lovely touches to make you feel at home. There was great supplies, and even a gift for us when we arrived. this apartment was great!!! I really felt comfortable staying there and would stay again! it had all the amenities you needed to cook! the washer and dryer were great! Tommy provided milk, bread, butter and washing powder to get you started! the bed is 2 singles pushed together as a warning if you don't like that style but for me staying solo was fine!

Lovely home close to Bondi Junction, perfect location for shopping and lots of eating out options nearby. Nice and clean with all of the amenities, and a lovely outdoor space to relax in. Our daughter loved the bedroom in the loft too. Amelia was a great host, and provided us with plenty of local information.

Lorena was incredibly kind and patient host. Locked our key inside the place and she very very kindly drove an hour to open the door and was very kind about it. Always responsive and lovely home. Incredibly close to bondi! Definitely recommend.

Loved my week at Amanda’s. The welcome “weekly shop” (fresh basics + juice) was a lovely touch after a long journey. Quiet street, yet a quick walk to Manly Beach, cafés, and the ferry—perfect spot. Home was spotless, comfy beds, sharp kitchen, bright living space. Amanda’s fast replies and local tips sealed the deal. Five stars.

Lovely to be close to the amazing shopping and cafes of Bondi Junction as well as in walking distance of Centennial Park. Easy to park, quiet friendly neighbourhood, peaceful lush garden. Stylish and clean, comfortable beds, lots of interesting, quirky and beautiful things to look at. Good quality air conditioners, heaters and fans throughout. We felt right at home here and will definitely come back whenever we travel to Sydney.

We had a good stay at this Airbnb. The location was excellent! You are around the corner from lots of great restaurants and grocery store. The beach is a few minutes walk which was fantastic! Thanks again.

The studio is stunning! The garden is beautiful and it’s quite close to the lake! Even though the studio is attached to the house, it still feels 100% private! I was stunned by the food in the freezer that we were free to use if we wanted! That was a very thoughtful! The bed was extremely comfortable. This space has been utilised very well! we would love to rebook in the future!

I was in town working on a film, Victoria is amazing and The Place! Gorgeous..you get your quiet beautiful view of the ocean and surfers. You can walk over and have a delicious meal or cocktail. I hope to come back, beautiful stay.

We felt right at home. Claudia has every convenience for a week long stay. Great kitchen and peaceful neighborhood for sleeping. It was an easy walk directly down beach road to the stunning bondi beach. Cute cafes and terrific Harris Farms grocery close by.

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

Dianne’s apartment was really great. It is in a great location for Balmoral Beach and Mosman surrounds. It is really spacious and comfortable. Dianne had excellent communication and was responsive to any questions and messages throughout the stay. Will be recommending this place to any visitors in the future as it ticked all the boxes, and more. Thank you Dianne!

Andy’s place is perfect. Located in a quiet location 10 mins walk from all that Bondi has to offer. Surrounded by trees it feels very secluded and peaceful. The views are great from the main bedroom and living area and we could hear the roar of the sea (we had had a storm!). Lovely apartment and well equipped with everything you need.

This Airbnb is a perfect location for seeing Sydney. You can connect to any part of the city from the bus stop adjacent to the rental. The rental itself was great - everything was clean and the rental was well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay.

Exactly as described, and exactly as looks in the photos. Lovely 2 bedroom apartment for us to stay in with our daughter while visiting our family on the Nothern Beaches.
