Cabin vacation rentals in Oak Creek

I needed to wait for my new apartment to get ready. It was about a month. Because of others already booking the cabins I needed to move in between different cabins. They include a wagon to move your things in and out. I wouldn't necessarily call it a drawback, but you cannot take your car to the cabins. However, someone drove their motorcycle around the gate to get to the cabin. When I arrived the cabin was clean and waiting for me. They are furnished with full size beds either a regular or bunks. Both are very comfortable and bug and water resistant. Remember to bring your own sheets. They have a small table and two chairs. The deck outside the patio door also have two chairs. The views are picturesque and plenty of hiking trails. Very nice amenities for about the same cost of a campground.

Cabin #4. Ordered firewood was there upon arrival. VERY clean inside. Don't believe that you will have solar power, you get a lantern and a flashlight. Plan accordingly. Amazon has cheap, good camping lanterns. Bring a few gallons of bottled water. Ice at the Kwik Trip 3 miles away. Quiet. NO foot traffic. NO visitors showed up. Bring ANY bedding, none provided. Staff very great at email communication and help. Can't think what could be improved.

Loved this trip and we will absolutely be back. The cabin was exactly what my partner and I needed for an easy weekend getaway with our dog, Leo. Great view of the lake and beautiful trails right out your front door. Short drive to Holy Hill / Ice Age Trail hiking.

The cabin and park are sensational! It is obvious Washington County Parks uphold high accommodation standards! Lucky for us, it was an October weekend with sunny high 70s lows 40s and peak fall color. Nights did get very cold inside around 2 hours to dawn, but cozy and worth bundling up! The solar power provided electricity without fail ( keep in mind it was abundant sunshine) The amenities for the cabin were so thoughtful—- quality wagon to transport to and from cabins, battery lantern, deluxe guidebook (solar power tips, local eat and drinkeries, park history) flashlight, nightstand, ceiling fan, table w chairs, firewood delivery, porch Adirondacks, and even a comfortable bed! Comfortable for 2 people and beagle dog. Anymore would inside would be cramped.

The golf carts made the transportation of our luggage very easy and fun. The cabin was very cute and the bed was VERY COMFORTABLE. The amenities were great. The grill was nice. Definitely gonna come back sometime in the future. Love the property.

Lovely little cabin just perfect for what we needed. Beautiful view on the balcony. Loved everything but thought $50 was a bit pricey for a cleaning fee. It’s a very small room and you bring your own bedding. No bathroom to clean.

If you’re looking for peace and quiet away from anything other than a country road, a small working farm with a lone horse that roams a pasture, than this is your place. Spent a long weekend here while attending a concert at Alpine Valley. While a bit further away from the venue than some hotels, for the same price you get a private three bedroom farmhouse. Everything was clean and tidy. The small deck off the main living room was a great morning retreat. There is a note for FedEx that says the owner is onsite for any deliveries and while I noticed some fresh onions and other items that moved locations I didn’t see anybody at the house and it felt very private. Great stay. Would return again for future concerts at Alpine Valley.

we enjoyed our stay so much we extended it! the place was beautiful and cozy. perfect for our weekend vacation. They were super helpful and responded to any questions or messages we had very quickly and friendly. 10/10 would reccomend

The cabin is very cute great location. right by Kenosha harbor. They have great amenities, shampoo, snacks. we got to enjoy our favorite restaurant Carl's pizza. ♥️

My group had the best time at Owl's Rest! The cabin is surrounded by beautiful woods and relaxing peace. We sat at watched birds and all kinds of animals on the deck most of the day and sat by the fire at night. The hot tube was so perfect and relaxing. One night we walked down to the bar and had a fantastic meal and fun environment. Everything about this cabin was clean and well appointed. It was so hard to leave. You can't go wrong with this cabin if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing time. Lyle is very helpful and communicative. Literally the most perfect weekend in every respect. Thank you!

We stayed five nights at Ginger's place, and we could have stayed five years! The location was perfect -- across the street from Mugshotz, which is a very fun place, but not loud. We could see the lake from the front yard, and the backyard was absolutely gorgeous. The house had everything we could have possibly needed, and we were close to Pewaukee's cute little main street. We are so happy to have found this place!

The pictures on the site didn't do this place justice. I didn't just want to stay there, I wanted to move in and live there! Beautiful fixtures, immaculate condition, and tucked away in the woods. We used the kayaks and our paddleboards on the river, as well as the fire pit for s'mores. Just a short drive from cafes and restaurants in Racine. Walking distance from trails at Caledonia Conservancy. The gas fireplace in the living room with floor to ceiling windows was so cozy, we used it several times, despite it being summer! Loved this place. Would definitely go back.

Our family enjoyed our weekend immensely! The house itself is beautiful. The host was very accommodating & responsive. The lake was calm with clear waters. My children’s favorite part was catching frogs & turtles in the canal. Highly recommend!

I needed a dog friendly, quiet place with wi-fi to work on my dissertation and this place was exactly perfect! The backyard was very nice for my dogs and very pretty to look at from the big comfy chairs in the house. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had EVERYTHING I could've needed. When I need another working trip I will definitely be booking here again.

Debbie was very communicative before and during our stay. The property has plenty of yard room for outdoor activities and we loved that we didn’t feel stacked up against a bunch of other houses. The driveway can accommodate a group of cars and we loved the reclining couch in the basement. I’d highly recommend this property.

Lovely little cabin right on the lake. A number of very good restaurants / bars within walking distance. It was a perfect place for our weekend getaway. Only complaint is that a more specific address is needed to find the place. We figured it out after a bit, but was quite confusing at first.

The cabin was as described, rustic. We had a great time “glamping” Bathrooms were clean & shower was hot!

We came here a couple years ago and were excited to come back. It is such a nice, relaxing place. It is all the fun of camping but with the comfort of real beds and electricity. We hope to return.

Nice get away for a few days - nice hiking trails and lake views!
