Having the use of a boat was awesome, and the lake was great for fishing. Very good sound proofing between the duplexes. Never heard the neighbors once!

This home was recently remodeled and while it's over 100 years old, it was taken down to its studs and is now basically a brand new house. It's clean, modern, efficient, and so very comfortable.
