Leelanau Modern Farm Cottage-NEW HOT TUB 2025

AlaynaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I stayed at Melissa's place with a group of 4 other girls for my sister's bachelorette party. Not only was the space perfect sized for our group, but the girls and I could not get over how amazing the property was. We obsessed over the view from the kitchen window, the decor and gingham curtains in the living room, and the loft bedroom. Everything was so well done and thought through and we spent a majority of our time during the weekend hanging out at the house, having dinner on the front porch, and admiring the baby pigs!! And when we did venture into Sutton's Bay or Traverse City, the ride was smooth and had beautiful scenery of up north Michigan. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and the linens were definitely adequate for all of us to sleep comfortably. I will definitely be booking here again!

LEELANAU COUNTY MODERN BARNHOUSE

KelseyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
My husband and I love the Leelanau peninsula and try to go up once in the spring before the craziness and once in the fall each year. Tiffany’s place did not disappoint. The property its self was magical, private, and everything as described. The location was 5 stars for what we enjoy - Leland, Suttons Bay, Northport, Glen Arbor and all in between! Would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

20' to Water w/Hottub Ideal Winter Retreat

BrandonRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Great place to stay for a long weekend with my wife, 10mo, and dog. We stayed in the winter so weren’t able to use the outside space much so we’ll have to rebook in the summer time! Excellent host, very responsive and proactive with things around the house.
The open-concept living space features vaulted ceilings with exposed beams. A central island with a dark blue base is surrounded by modern cabinetry. A comfortable seating area includes a light-colored couch and armchairs, with natural light streaming in through large windows.

Sand Souchi West Bay with Hot Tub

StevenRating, 5 stars13 months ago
Amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice, really. The house was incredible. Had its own master quarters (which my son loved). The second largest bedroom had an incredible view of the lake. The windows in the living space made it so you’re always looking at the water. The beach had lots of shells and rocks for my daughter and you could walk right into the water. There wasn’t a lot of boat traffic so the water was always calm. Perfect location. Easy 5 min drive into downtown TC. Also a 20-25 min straight shot drive to Lake Michigan as well. Cannot wait to come back!

Summer 2025 Up-North Retreat

AnneRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We enjoyed a great stay at Taylor’s house. It was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. All beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We walked to the beach almost every day and hung out on the deck in the evenings. We appreciated the gating that was available for the deck to keep it safe for our 3 toddlers, and everyone enjoyed making s’mores around the fire ring. We found everything we needed in Sutton’s Bay and Traverse City, including an excellent Children’s Museum that came in handy one rainy day. All 9 of us agreed that Taylor’s would be a great place to come back to again!

Directly on Suttons Bay - On SALE

AndrewRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Incredibly beautiful house and great location. We couldn’t believe how private the deck and yard felt. Only bummer is not being there when it was warm enough to swim yet, but we will absolutely be back. Tonie is an amazing host and was super communicative. Awesome access to Sutton’s Bay and the nearby Leelanau Trail for biking, recommend renting bikes in town if needed. Great spot!

Dog Friendly Woodland Retreat, Walking Trails

JulieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Exactly what we needed for a long weekend, peaceful surrounding, disconnected to regroup and breath. If you want to admire the star without any light pollution, perfect spot. House was great, plenty of space and of course dog friendly (our trusted Viszla loved it too….dog approved). Just 10min from Suttons Bay and 20 from Traverse City. Jess was super responsive and accommodating

Classic Lakefront Camp

MariRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Incredible camp! It feels “rustic luxury” might be the most apt descriptor for Driftwood Camp. The camp itself has everything you need plus an abundance of nature m, privacy, and charm. I booked this a few months ago, invited some friends, and hoped it was as awesome as it seemed. It exceeded all our expectations. My only regret is not being able to stay longer.! We’ll definitely be back. (Oh, and for any folks who book a visit and are worried about a forecast of cooler temps with the open air cabins: We packed extra blankets and slept very comfortably with temps in the low 40s!)

North of Ordinary

KimRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
North of Ordinary and our host, Jo, were fabulous! My daughter and I stayed three nights for the Bayshore Marathon. The location was perfect and Jo could not have been more kind, friendly, and helpful. Not only did she make wonderful recommendations for restaurants and wineries, but also ran to the store and got me a toothbrush when I had forgotten mine. Wow! That is above and beyond. It was such a peaceful place to stay. The plush green landscape you saw out the many windows, was so peaceful. We also enjoyed the private patio with party lights. But one of the most amazing things, especially after completing a marathon, was the cozy and comfortable bed. The mattress, pillows, and linens were amazing! We had such a comfortable and peaceful stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us Jo. We will definitely be back! :)

Sleeping Bear Dunes Cottage on the Lake #4

BrendaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The cottage was perfect place to stay while visiting Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park. It was cozy and well decorated with a fireplace to heat the cabin on some cold nights. It was located lakeshore and she provided extra kayaks when asked. Also, we were able to bring our Boston Terrier and we so appreciated that. She enjoyed her stay as well. I would definitely recommend Melanie's cottage when visiting the area.

Tammy is a truly special person who made sure our visit was memorable. Unit was clean and beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels, blankets and parking at the door. We only cooked breakfast, but kitchen seems to be well appointed with pots and pans. Lots of plates, wine glasses and coffee mugs. Do bring your own coffee. I highly recommend!

My family and I had a great time at Tammy's place in Unit G2. The place was exactly as described, including the rollaway beds in each bedroom that were plenty comfortable for my kids to use. The place was clean and check-in and check-out were easy. Thank you for a great stay!

Sugarloaf Condo H4

RandyRating, 5 stars35 months ago
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo layout was great for our group of 8. The location was fabulous! Wonderful for our group bike rides and days at the beach. The pool is absolutely beautiful, the entire perimeter is surrounded by gorgeous flowers. The ski mountain right outside our front door was perfect for morning walks and runs with amazing panoramic views. There was a meteor shower one of the nights we were there so many of us hiked with our ground covers to the top of the mountain to hang out under the shooting stars. I want to mention that we had read a review that had us a bit apprehensive about the condo smelling musty. There was no musty smell at all! The condo was very clean and fresh. All beds were comfortable and having three full baths for our large group was awesome. The water pressure was surprisingly spectacular - three showers going at once did not compromise water pressure or temperature in any of them! We recommend this condo. Tammy was readily available and worked with us around our check in and check out . She is a great host! We are planning on returning in the winter for a cross-country ski weekend!
A fenced swimming pool is surrounded by well-maintained greenery, featuring vibrant flowers and lush grass. The pool is framed by a tidy border of stones, while lounge chairs are visible in the background, providing a serene setting for relaxation.
