In southern Dalarna's diverse cultural landscape lies this idyllic farmhouse. Only 200 meters from Bysjön with private swimming area and several small boats you can rent (two rowing boats, three canoes, and an optimist dinghy). The farm's guest house is just over 160 years old but has been recently renovated. It has water or sewage and a new facade. The part that is rented out has four rooms and a kitchen as well as its own toilet. In addition, in the same house you can use a small bathroom with bathtub. There are sleeping places for 10 people!

The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. In the small village of Delbo, 1 mile north of Sala in Västmanland, is this little gem. Leas basement is a small house of about 25 m2 with all year around standard. Works as a self-catering for a long time but even if you just want to stay the night. Leas basement is tastefully decorated with high ceilings, fireplace, kitchen part, toilet and shower. There is a queen size bed (160cm) and a daybed for two. There's also Wifi and monitor with Chromecast.

Lake cottage with all the amenities by the fishing lake.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunrise is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.
