Lee's place was very comfortable and quiet, in a great location. I guess there could be noise from the unit above and neighboring units (there are some loud groups in the building I heard walking down the hall). but I didn't have any problems. It was really peaceful. Nice bed, workable coffee machine, laundry machines in unit, really close to lots of stuff. Note the check in at 4pm (I think the whole building is like that)

We had a wonderful stay. Remi and Savanna were thoughtful, responsive and gracious hosts. Their place was beautiful with a welcoming country music theme, a great gym and pool with two large grills, private parking and walkable to many local attractions. We would stay here again.

We recently stayed for two nights during CMA Fest. The apartment is beautiful and the hosts are extremely responsive/helpful! The location is right in the middle of a few great Nashville neighborhoods but also has some gems nearby (coffee shop/breakfast spot/restaurants/etc). Will definitely stay again!

This house was everything we could’ve hoped for! Having a bathroom for each bedroom made things super easy and convenient for our group. When we first arrived, we had some trouble with the lock code, but Chris responded quickly and got it resolved right away. We really enjoyed the house, especially the game room and the rooftop, which were perfect for relaxing together and good hangout spaces for the group. There were a few minor drawbacks: the AC didn’t cool the top floors as well as the lower ones, a couple of small things around the house were broken, and parking could be a bit competitive. That being said, none of these things caused any major issues during our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and thought the house was absolutely worth it!

The house was great, clean and ready for us. We felt safe in the house and outside enjoying the patio. It was nice to have shampoo, conditioner and simple items in the bathroom so we didn’t have to bring it along, especially since we were traveling by airplane. The house is easily located for the airport and downtown. We would definitely visit again.

Overall good experience. Issues: some blinds broken and needed adjustment poles. Needs plates/bowls/cups/silverware for minimum 8 people. Should have been alerted the water/icemaker on the fridge do not work to save a trip to the store. Could not find Sharp TV remote...Roku fine. We replaced batteries in Roku and in the theater room. If it was my place, I would fix the auto lights on the stairs leading upstairs and the uneven walkway and differing height steps leading to the house...accident waiting to happen... In addition, I would change out photos and painting to reflect Nashville locations like the Parthenon, Broadway, zoo etc. IF the home is 100% AirBNB. Would have been really nice to have an alarm system. I would also fix the area on the walkway as you leave the driveway...always filled with water...could ruin expensive shoes...Would I rent again?...would not rule it out but would most likely look for a place closer to Mt. Juliet family now that I know the area...

Steve's place was incredible. We stayed for my daughter's bachelorette party, and it was an experience that none of us will forget. The decor was even better than what you can see in the pics. Beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. Thank you, Steve!!!!!!!!!!
