Vacation rentals with breakfast in Nashville

Five stars all the way around. The place was clean and perfect for just me and my wife. There was also bunkbeds if we ever want to bring the family. It is 2 miles from Broadway. About a 45 minute walk. But there’s a great breakfast restaurant and a great pizza place right around the corner from the house.Also a great place to do my Crossfit workouts in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay in 12 South. House was extremely clean with everything you could possibly need. Location is perfect…just a quick walk to 12 South Ave with great shopping & restaurants. I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Nashville!

Candice was very accommodating and responsive! This house I lovely and felt like home for the days we were there! We didn’t rent a car and had no issues getting where we needed to go via Uber and taxis. When I go back to Nashville I will be checking to see if Candice’s place is available! Well worth every penny! 💙💙💙

This was a perfect meeting place for a long weekend at the lake. The marina was super close which was very convenient. Our family enjoyed all the games and the massage chair was a bonus! This rental is the 2nd floor of a three floor home. I was a little nervous as this was the first time our family had rented a space like this. We could barely tell it was a shared home. Host was very easy to communicate with. Overall, we had a great stay!

Had a wonderful stay at Kadie’s place. This home has everything you could need or want. It is close to the city yet so has a beautifully secluded feel. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We liked the location. It was easy to drive downtown from Jake's house. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of towels and extra bedding. There were lots of brochures for places to visit. We would recommend staying here if you want a quiet, private getaway that is a short drive to downtown.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby Vanderbilt (and Belmont) University campuses and within walking distance to great shopping and restaurants in the Belmont-Hillsboro and 12 South neighborhoods.

Very nice location in Nashville. Walkable to many restaurants and breakfast spots in the area. Short Uber ride to the more typical Nashville hot spots. We really enjoyed the front porch for relaxing. I would stay again.

Beautiful property, and was very easy to find everything. The bathrooms were very clean, and the breakfast was very good too! Will definitely stay again, and tell my friends to do so as well if they're in the area!

This place is nice, new, clean & comfortable! It is an apartment in a large complex. The bed was comfortable. Sapphire left nice snacks & a variety of k-cups. We had difficulty opening lock box to get in place. Another issue we tried to go to pool & were told the owner had to accompany us! That was a disappointment as it was hot with rain predicted later & that was going to be our entertainment for the day! Overall it was a good stay!

Very clean. Extremely comfortable beds! Such a cute & Nice airb&b. Loved the blackout shades. Host was always responsive. Walking distance to broadway. My only complaint is the Water pressure was weak.

This unit was in very cool area close to many studios on music row, while also being close to a broad selection of restaurants. Very walkable, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The unit is in a house with great character including a large covered front porch with plenty of seating to watch the action pass by. Jill was a great host!

Donna’s place was just as pictured and was peaceful and serene. There were many special touches and supplies for our dogs. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!!

Dedicated parking spot. Walkable to several food and coffee spots. Shower, bed, quiet place - exactly what I was looking for! If I was back in the area, I'd go here again. Being able to use the laundry was also helpful. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay. The house brings you back in time. It was incredibly clean and the property is beautiful. The host, Linda, was available at all times to answer our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The only thing we had to complain about, which is not Linda’s fault in any way, was the fact that the neighbor has multiple dogs that bark so much. It took away from the enjoyment of the backyard. Regardless, we were able to enjoy our stay and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a unique and beautiful Nashville stay.

Great stay and as advertised. Lois is super friendly and clearly communicates the instructions. Really felt like home away from home. Place was clean and had all the necessary amentities. if you are looking for a peaceful stay then this is your place.

I have stayed at Starstruck Farms several times now, and will probably continue to do so due to how easy it is, inexpensive, pet friendly, and close to my family's homes. That being said, as someone who has stayed there before, here is a tip: bring your own blankets. They do give you a few, but they are very thin-- especially if you are staying in an Aframe. But I have still found this to be relevant in the barn. Otherwise, it's a perfect glamping stay with pets and very convenient to various places to visit.

Our family of 6 have been coming here for a few years now! Gorgeous views, perfect place for family and pets!! We absolutely 💯 come here every single time we stop in Tennessee!!! comfy and just the perfect 🥰 place for family fun and relaxing. Sally was a fantastic host! The room was clean and the exactly like the pictures described. Joe was also very helpful giving us recommendations for places to check out in Nashville and was kind enough to make us breakfast in the mornings.

I came here for Bonnaroo which was canceled. Lori and Luis informed me of the cancellation as soon as they found out and offered recommendations right away. They were amazing and genuinely kind people who made me feel right at home. I would 100% stay with them again!! Their home was as lovely as they are.

The space was exactly as listed. The rented space is the upstairs of the host’s residential home, but is separated from the main level so that it still feels private. Check-in was easy, and the host was quickly responsive to questions. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were a group of 7 and had enough space to sleep comfortably. The host provided snacks, filtered water, coffee, etc as well which was a nice touch. About a 15 minute drive to the airport, which was convenient. Overall, this was a pleasant stay at a great price!

Marie’s love of hosting included sharing her home and the best of Nashville. Every minor detail was anticipated and well provided for. She had destination activity and restaurant recommendations at the ready. Wonderful breakfast provided. Really enjoyed visiting with Marie and husband Mark. Stay with Marie - you’ll be glad you did!!
