The surroundings are so peaceful, the robes are amazing, the attention to detail was incredible, and the shower was amazing!! If I ever do bonnaroo again I’m staying here 10000% best airbnb host I’ve ever had

BEST views/Romantic cabin/Hot tub/Massage chair

JakeRating, 5 stars6 days ago
My 2-night stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of spectacular! The mountain views were breathtaking, especially from the deck where I sipped coffee each morning, soaking in the serene scenery. Relaxing in the hot tub while gazing at the mountains was pure bliss—truly a highlight of the trip. The massage chair was a fantastic touch, melting away stress after a day of exploring. The shower was incredible, with perfect pressure and a luxurious feel that made every moment refreshing. The beds were so comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The hosts left a delightful tray of pastries for check-in, which was such a warm, thoughtful gesture. Their responsiveness was top-notch, quickly addressing every question and making the stay seamless. This place is a haven of comfort and beauty, and I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend for an unforgettable getaway.

Private Escape at Whitetail Ridge

LindaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
OOOOO, AND AHHHH! Comfortable luxury inside and out! Thoughtfully designed, and beautifully decorated inside and out, Whitetail Ridge is a couple's paradise on a private hill. Hosts go the extra mile to ensure guests feel welcome and safe. Everything was as described and pictured, and more. Favorites? The spectacular bathroom. Made me feel like a princess! Both covered decks. It rained a lot during our stay, and we could still be outside by the fire table watching the hummingbirds go nuts. Sitting around the fireplace after relaxing in the hot tub. Location is great too. Close to town for groceries, and close to state parks for hiking to waterfalls, which is why I chose this area. Not just a place to stay, it was an experience. One that we will talk about for a long time. Thank you Eric & Saronda!!

Elegant Entertainment Home The SPOT + HOT TUB

JanRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
"The Spot" was perfect for our stay. The surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful. Upon arrival, my daughter spotted a deer nestled down in the wooded area just a few feet from the driveway. If you love nature, like I do, then you would definitely enjoy this location. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and stocked very well. The host...Khaled & Doreen, are awesome. They were very accommodating for our needs, and always quick to respond anytime I had a question. If you're looking for a nice "spot", this is it, in my opinion.

#47Majestic Luxe 3bd/3.5ba w Spectacular Views

GarryRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This house was absolutely STUNNING! Every day the view was just amazing. Owners VERY responsive! Enjoyed the hot tub and unit was well equipped in kitchen and nice touch with starter supplies. We found beds comfortable and all 6 of us (adults) could find some privacy. Enjoyed the billiards and the fireplace on the balcony was the perfect backdrop to talk about our adventures. The road was a bit scary if you are afraid of heights and hairpin turns! We got more comfortable as the week went on but we were still reluctant to drive in the dark! The house was good location to Sevierville. Enjoyed Holstens for dinner. The main drag is only about a 25 minute drive. Gatlinburg was about a 35 minute drive. Smokey mountains NP about 45 mins from house . We saw 6 bears on this trip. 1 ran past us in the driveway and we got a good picture from the balcony. Be careful to lock the doors to your car! (Experience talking here) We highly recommend this house! Thank you Dan and Veronica

You wake up to the lake, eat breakfast, walk out on the dock, ride the kayaks, paddle boats, fish, etc. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and lake fun setting! My grandson absolutely loved it and thanked me over and over for taking him there! I wish we could have stayed longer but we are on a road trip and relocating back home to N.C.

This place was just perfect! It’s not like Gatlinburg where the treehouses are right on top of each other. You have the whole property to yourself with disk golf and hiking trails. It’s all very well setup and thoughtful. It’s very secluded, but you’re only 15mins away the highway. The hosts were amazing! This place checks all the boxes! We are already planning to come back!

The Treehouse Cabin

KimRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
My stay couldn’t have been better. Bobby is a great host, he responds quickly. I was a a long term client and I even extended my stay. I was here for work and I’m sure I found the best place and best price. I would definitely come back and stay here. You’re close to the interstate but you feel secluded with all the trees, sitting out in the gazebo with a fire going. Really a great place to kick back and relax, but close enough to downtown Nashville for all the night life. Bobby even has a sheet telling you what is around and offers recommendations. He has really made the whole thing really simple from check-in to check-out. I felt really comfortable staying. Thank you Bobby, I appreciate everything. You’re a great host.

Whimsical Woodsy Treehouse

EmmaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A very memorable, peaceful Airbnb, perfect for "glamping" for a few nights for an anniversary or birthday. I was thrilled that the AC worked great/wasn't loud, the sheets were so soft, and everything was perfectly clean. It was so lovely waking up in the morning to the sound of bird calls and nothing but green all around. If you don't camp much like me, just don't underestimate how unpleasant it is to walk through woods to the outhouse at night with the bugs and critters, lol. Not sure I could handle that for more than the 2 nights I stayed here.

Unique Treehouse With Spectacular View.

MelissaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Absolutely magical stay — 11/10! We had the most incredible experience staying at the treehouse at Kelly’s Jubilee. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we’d stepped into a dream. The treehouse itself is cozy, thoughtfully designed, and perched perfectly overlooking a serene creek that added the most peaceful soundtrack to our stay. Waking up to birdsong and the gentle rustle of the trees was just what we needed to unplug and recharge. The property is a hidden gem, tranquil, lush, and full of character. We loved walking the grounds, visiting the sweet chickens, and spending time with the friendliest cat who made us feel right at home. Every little detail, from the warm hospitality to the unique charm of the space, made this experience unforgettable. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a nature escape, or just a peaceful retreat from everyday life, this place is absolute perfection. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next visit. Thank you!

Owl’s Nest Treehouse Getaway w/ Hot Tub & Fire Pit

MaryRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Beautiful retreat, nice and cozy. Host was super sweet. Loved the hot tub. The house was very cute and met our needs. Only thing was the lack of places to eat. There was not very much to choose from, but that is not the host's fault just the location. It was very peaceful and beautiful, just bring your own groceries you will need to cook. Great get away place, would stay there again.

Romantic Treehouse w/ Sauna, HotTub, & Pickleball!

MadisonRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Jake is an awesome host. He was in contact a few days before our reservation with local recommendations and all the details we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the intimacy of the treehouse. It’s far enough away from the other cabins that we felt like we had the woods all to ourselves. All of the quirky elements of this house fit together perfectly, and it was clear that a great amount of thought and care were put into its creation. As locals, we loved reading about how parts of the treehouse were repurposed from our historic town. There were plenty of activities provided in and around the treehouse, but our favorite part was relaxing and enjoying the sound of the rain on the trees.

Your guide to Tennessee

All About Tennessee

Tied for the state with the most borders (eight, with Missouri), Tennessee touches on a little bit of everything: history, culture, nature. One of the more northern of the southern states, it’s known for dry-rub barbecue, being the birthplace of country music, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park with its glorious 522,427 acres of old-growth forests, mountain peaks, and waterfalls. Tennessee’s two largest cities, Memphis and Nashville, draw visitors from around the globe looking to light it up at their honky tonks, restaurants, and music halls. While on the quiet banks of the Tennessee River Chattanooga is awash in greenspaces, art museums, and jaw-drop views from atop Lookout Mountain.

If you crave a dose of throwback charm to go with your national park gateway town, Gatlinburg has campy throwback attractions like pancake houses, wax museums, and moonshine distilleries all within close proximity of Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Tennessee

In spring, the irises bloom, days are warm, and the humidity is low, but you’ll encounter more rain than you might expect, so come prepared with an umbrella. During late April, you can see the pastel blooms of the dogwood trees at Knoxville’s Dogwood Arts Fair. Summer is the peak season for vacation rentals in Tennessee as days are long and hot, city patios are open, and the region's biggest music festivals take place. Summer thunderstorms are common in the evenings and bring refreshing cool breezes. The brief fall is one of the most enjoyable times in Tennessee, when the weather cools off and foliage lures visitors to the mountains. Winter is the off-season; you’ll want plenty of layers for the cold, although snow is rare in all of the major cities.

Top things to do in Tennessee

Great Smoky Mountains National Park

Great Smoky Mountains National Park is America’s most visited national park, welcoming more than 10 million visitors each year. These mountain peaks formed hundreds of millions of years ago, and they’re now filled with more than 100 different species of trees, about two black bears per square mile, white-tailed deer, salamanders, and more than 200 varieties of birds. The park has paved roads for auto touring, hiking trails that reach popular destinations like Rainbow Falls and Andrews Bald, and 2,900 miles of streams that you can fish with a license.

Music museums

Tennessee has been the epicenter of many musical genres, including blues, rock ‘n’ roll, bluegrass, and modern country. Head to Memphis for the blues of Beale Street, Stax Museum of American Soul Music, the rock ‘n’ roll mecca of Sun Studios and the mother of them all, Elvis’ Graceland. In Nashville, you’ll find the Country Music Hall of Fame, the African American Music Museum, the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum, and an overwhelming amount of live music every night.

Nashville

Tennessee’s capital has been revitalized in recent years thanks to an influx of young creatives, and while it’s known for country music landmarks like Broadway’s honky tonks and Music Row’s recording studios, Nashville also has award-winning upscale restaurants, record stores, professional hockey and football teams, community-focused festivals like August’s Tomato Art Fest, a thriving cafe culture, niche museums, and laid-back nightlife in East Nashville.
