The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. Its style is cozy, comfortable and relaxed, light and airy. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.

It is conveniently located 3 minutes from a four lane highway and is less than 15 minutes south of a town that has a population of around 5,000 and 20-30 minutes north of a larger college town of approximately 35,000. The Cabin is nestled by a shallow creek and faces 25 wooded acres that are ideal for hiking and enjoying nature.

My cabin is in a secluded community and offers a peaceful and safe environment. You can be very socially-distant if you choose and enjoy its privacy, grilling, hot tub, games or Netflix. Or, you can mingle with others in Pigeon Forge (15 mins away), Gatlinburg (25 mins away), or enjoy all the GSMNP has to offer (15 mins away)!
