The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. It's style is cozy, comfortable and relaxed, light and airy. The flooring is gleaming hardwood with ceramic tile in the bathroom. The bathroom is small, but charming and pristine. You will enter the room from a deck that is yours to enjoy. It overlooks a very private back yard. You might want to enjoy the fire pit-please let me know and I will set it up. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. I provide a TV with local antenna stations & Amazon FireStick for internet and streaming services access. PLUS wifi, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker with all the fixings. A closet for clothes and stashing other items and a washer and dryer are available for you to use. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. Access to the rest of the house is not available, but I will be only a text or phone call away should you need anything or have any questions. Or come and pound on the front door! I live in the adjoining house so I'm available with a knock on the front door or a call or text. Inglewood is a quiet residential neighborhood on the northern side of East Nashville. There are several restaurants and pubs in Riverside Village, which is about a mile away. It's a short drive to hotspots and Five Points in East Nashville. Über and Lyft troll this neighborhood regularly and $12 or $15 will quickly get you most anywhere you want to go. NashvilleMTA.org is the website for bus service. A day pass is only $3.25! Most areas of interest are a short drive away if you come by car. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets. I have 2 cats who are not allowed in The Nifty but may be lurking about. Mama, the tabby, is friendly. Myo, the calico, is starting to warm up to new people! Although you are unlikely to hear loud TV or music noises, The Nifty is attached to my house so you may hear some kitchen sounds or other signs of life. I try to be very considerate of my guests as I know it's important to get a good night's sleep for exploring Nashville!

Lucinda's House at Historic Idlewild is a unique place to get away from it all. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub to relax a little more. This is a 2 person maximum stay- not suitable for children, we do not host pets. This original tiny house has no separate bedrooms. Great relaxing get away for couples or a small group up to 4 people. Indulge yourself with our special handmade soaps and all cotton linens. Local art and handmade items add to the charm of this cottage. Strolling the flower gardens then enjoy your coffee or a tall cold one in the vintage gazebo. Lucinda is set on the back of the 2 acre Historic Home Stay property behind the Robert Chadwell - Idlewild home. We are home most of the time. We can refresh your cooler with ice from the main house, offer local advice or just let you enjoy your stay. The cottage is in Madison, an area rich in music history. It was the go-to location for country music stars of the 1950s and 60s. Visit nearby Amqui Train Station, which was saved by Johnny Cash, and the Carter Family home. Madison is part of Metro Nashville, 7 miles from downtown, 3 miles from hip East Nashville. Yazoo Brewery is 2 miles away on Myatt Dr. We are on transportation bus line. All ride services are available to area. We have ample off street parking. We are located 1 mile down Neelys Bend Rd off Gallatin Pike. We are near I 65- off Old Hickory Blvd or Briley Parkway at Gallatin Pike near the National Cemetery. We are a quick 15 minutes from BNA- Nashville International Airport. Take the local's short cut up Ellington Parkway to get downtown in 10 minutes. Located 10 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from miles of walking trails in Peeler Park in Neelys Bend on the Cumberland river.
