They live in a very quiet location in a very cozy and clean room. You live alone. You can sit comfortably outside in the evening and have a glass of wine. In the garden there is a small house where you can cook or warm yourself food. Micro, hot plate and dishes are there. Relax in our rustic loft in the foothills of the Austrian Alps. The lovingly designed accommodation has everything you need for a vacation in the country. The large dining area invites you to relax after a day in nature. In the small kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, kettle and hotplate you can prepare simple meals. The shower refreshes you after an eventful day, because the area offers a variety of outdoor activities.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it!
