The town of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you have the opportunity for a boat trip.

There are several supermarkets in the surrounding area and the city center with the beautiful old town is only a 2-minute walk away. There you will find several great restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops... The apartment has 2 separate walk-in bedrooms and is located in the attic of an apartment building. In addition, there is a cozy living room with a pellet stove.

On our property there is a playground and a sandbox that can be shared, as well as a private seating area for guests. Our barbecue area including smoker may be used by appointment! This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available.
