We had a great time in Vienna in this very nice house. The living room is spacious and welcoming, the sunny terrace without a view is perfect for relaxing, and the immediate proximity of the woods allows for magnificent walks – ideal when traveling with a dog! The house was very clean, well-equipped, and parking is easy. The bedding is comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The host was very responsive, always available by message, and attentive to the smooth running of our stay. Bonus: we found delicious organic honey right next door, and the Otto Wagner villa with its beautiful stained glass windows is only a 5-minute drive. It takes about 40 minutes to reach the center of Vienna. A place we would definitely recommend!

The stay was an absolute dream! The cottage was very tasteful and cozy - the view was magnificent. We felt very comfortable and welcome right from the beginning. Veronika gave us good recommendations and was very kind. Our highlight: the fine guitar sounds we were able to listen to in the morning. We will be happy to come back :)

We immediately felt comfortable in Johannes' very nice and cozy house. The area is very pretty, very suitable for hiking and within 20 minutes you can reach many interesting places by car. Johannes is an extremely nice and communicative host who can always be reached quickly. We hope to come back soon, we would love to stay in Johannes' cozy house.

A few wonderful days pass, thank you so much to our hosts Sonja and Thomas! An idyllic place to rest, hike, splash, and enjoy time! We were lovingly cared for in a beautiful historic baker's house, which was decorated with a lot of love and heart and nothing was missing! Extremely dog-friendly and plenty of space for great play. The kitchenette is great for preparing small meals and salads. Thank you so much for having us! The country and people welcome you and you can do exactly what you want. Thanks for the nice time😍🫶.

The home was very charming with beautiful views in every direction. We loved the wine cellar and being able to grab a bottle whenever we pleased. Everything in the home was very tasteful.

We felt very comfortable. Even though it was still a little cold to use the pool, the pool area was super nice and inviting. The fenced garden was a dream for our dogs and also contributed to the relaxation of the 2-legged ones. We will be happy to come back.

We were received very nicely! The pool was also well tempered and the associated shower had hot water if needed, sun loungers are also available. We (8 adults, 2 young children) spent 3 nights and felt at home in this unique space. Clean with amenities as described. Susanna was pleasant and helpful at every step. The house has charm and character within a quiet, safe neighborhood. An easy 25 minute drive to/from old Vienna. Grocery store and restaurants nearby.

Georg is a friendly and thoughtful person. When we had questions, Georg always tried to think along with us. If we cooked there, we could use his extensive herb garden. On warm rest days, we sat under the umbrella by the pool.

We spent a week in the beautiful villa at the beginning of June 2025. The place is really very large, very high quality and individually/artistically equipped. There are numerous ways to relax in the garden, by the pool, on the terrace, on the balcony or in the winter garden. Everything is also available in the kitchen. The landscape is an absolute dream, right outside the front door there is beautiful nature (meadows, forests, mountains). You can hike and ride MTB excellently (very many trails -> absolute highlight :-)). There are also many "normal" bike paths where you can relax and ride to Mödling (10 min) or Vienna (about 60 min). By car, you can easily reach Vienna city center in about 30 minutes. Also super easy by train from Mödling. There are two supermarkets very close by. Communication with the landlords was impeccable, they are very friendly and helpful. Electric charging station for cars just 100 meters away.

We loved Waltraud’s place. Such a warm and inviting place. We received a warm welcome and helpful information. The apartment was super clean and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed her beautiful garden and the lovely woods within walking distance where we were able to take our puppy walking. Absolute perfect stay, and wonderful hosts. Five stars, highly recommend.

Breathtaking place with 100% privacy and absolutely mesmerising surroundings. The scenery is even better than the pictures. Dino was so helpful and responsive regarding any question or inquiry. The house is fully equipped from the inside it even has all the cooking essentials. If you choose this place, which you should, don’t miss on an amazing cooking experience. We had 2 quiet and fine days with Peter at the bathing pond. The apartment is cute and it has everything you need. The place is also quiet and it was nice to go hiking. So much bird chirping, it's a dream! Right across from the apartment is the Campingstüberl. There wasn't much going on with us and we closed early. A good place to drink a good evening beer. But I don't know how loud it is when there's a party there. We were completely satisfied.

We were 9 + baby in the accommodation, this is very rural, i.e. it was always very quiet. The decor of the house was very rustic and cozy, lots of wood :) you feel very comfortable. Cooking in the kitchen was not a problem, everything you need was there. Very large garden with beautiful terrace and other seating options, there is also table tennis in the garden, which we used extensively :D Shopping only a few minutes away by car, we also used the mini golf course, which was about 15 minutes away by car. The communication with Larissa was very pleasant :) She responds very quickly and answers all questions at any time. If we had to name a shortcoming, it might just be that the grill in the outdoor area is very small for 10 people (2 normal-sized grill cups fit in). We really enjoyed our weekend and highly recommend the accommodation! Thank you!! :)
