Renovated loft apartment in Aflenz Kurort, furnished, fully equipped kitchen, minimalist style, spacious, close to nature, for hiking (Bürgeralm, Hochschwab, and more), grilling in the garden or just enjoying the peace of wonderful views. The apartment is perfectly located to explore Aflenz on foot. Within a few minutes walk there are several restaurants, supermarket, bakery and a familiar ski area and mountain biking area. Mariazell can be reached by car within 35 minutes or public transport.

My property is located on the edge of the forest in a quasi-secluded location on the edge of the Kalkalpen National Park near the Höss and Wurzeralm ski resorts as well as in the midst of the most beautiful hiking routes. You'll love the views, the location, and the surroundings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids. A wealth of leisure activities as well as a gourmet restaurant in the village offer something for every taste.

With an impressive view, this beautiful apartment is located on a small hill directly at the foot of the wellness hotel Schloss Pichlarn. The apartment has been owned by our family for 25 years. Unfortunately, it is empty most of the year and we have now decided to give other people a great holiday in beautiful Irdning.
