Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

The apartment "Max" has a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and breakfast table, a cozy living room with dining area and couch and a private terrace. Bärbel's Panorama Hut is 40 m² for self-catering with its own terrace and sauna bunk bed 120 wide a real cuddly hut and is located in the Präbichl ski and hiking area in Styria. The hut has a sun terrace and an infusion sauna. The Swedish stove in the living room provides cozy warmth. At the Praebichl there are numerous hiking opportunities, via ferrata, climbing park and gentle tourism. I'd love to answer any questions you may have.

Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available. My place is close to the Grüner See Nature Reserve, mountains, forest, meadow, swimming lake. Stream at the property line. You'll love my place because of the comfortable bed, light, kitchen, coziness, beautiful terrace, and private garden for guests. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, families with 2 children (in the kitchen there is a pull-out sofa bed).
