Franz & Margaret's Airbnb has everything you could want for a family vacation, plus the communication with both is incredibly pleasant and we don't even need to talk about the fantastic location ;) It was a very nice and relaxing start to the new year for us, which has become so beautiful not least because of your wonderfully managed Airbnb and your great farm. Everything was wonderful! The place is extremely relaxing and quiet, perfect to relax and enjoy nature. The view is simply breathtaking, and the sunrise was truly a wow experience, memorable! Communication with Dario was very friendly, and the lady of the place was exceptional, super communicative and careful to make us feel completely comfortable. She offered us everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

We spent less than a week at Hermine's place with my family and we were very happy. Clean living, well-maintained garden, beautiful lake, boat and private access to the village, near pumptrack for children, shop, restaurant.. The host is very kind and helpful. Thank you

Everything went great. The place is well equipped and very clean! You can start hiking directly from the property and are in the middle of the beautiful southern Styrian countryside. We were there in January and unfortunately few inns or bush taverns were open. But of course, it's because we were out of season. Otherwise, an ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature:) Regards

If you are looking for luxury, this is the wrong place for you, but for everyone else who loves nature, animals and originality, the accommodation is a wonderful experience. Sonja and Peter are very welcoming and help where they can. With them, you should relax and enjoy nature. The animals on the farm are very human-friendly and you can go on wonderful rides with Peter, if you are good at riding. Beginners get sensitive lessons in the ring. Dogs are welcome, but should get along with cats. The😊 only drawback is that the sleeping and bathroom areas are on different floors (at least in the vacation home). If you don't shy away from that, everything feels great. We will be happy to come back!!! A perfect place!

The host family was very welcoming and we also attended a musical event at her home, and the experience was so nice.Their home garden is huge and the hot water is great.

It is a very good place to stay with a very good location. They are all very, very nice and friendly people. The food was super delicious and everyone is very hospitable. I would always come back here.

Staying with Larissa is high quality. The suite is very modern and has everything you need! The beds are great and the bathroom is very modern and clean. Larissa is a nice and tidy host who welcomed us super. We had a nice stay and would be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, Christina is really very concerned about the well-being of the guests, always answered questions promptly. The driveway is a bit hidden, but we found it very well by calling and getting personal instructions from Christina. The kitchen is well equipped, the drinks in the fridge surprised us very positively. Overall, the place is very clean and well decorated.

We felt at home from the moment we arrived, the hosts were always available and we had some nice evening chats in the garden. We will certainly stay with them again next time we are in Austria. We have stayed in a few places in the area but this was the best we have had.

One of the most beautiful places you can live in all of Europe.. Beautiful view, quiet place.. Friendly and respectful host. Princess Greta is indescribable. It makes you feel at your home. I will definitely visit again.

The guest house is simple but very cosy, lovely and clean. The hosts are kind and helpful.

Truly a magical stay. The place is even more beautiful than the photos, full of life, warmth, and an incredible view. We spent many mornings doing yoga and grounding in the peaceful garden, which felt like a sanctuary. This is, from our hearts, the #1 Airbnb we've experienced in Austria. Feli and Andrew are the kindest souls ever. We stayed for a month, and it still didn’t feel long enough. If you're thinking of visiting, don’t hesitate, this place is a gem.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this place. Particularly noteworthy are the incredibly friendly and helpful owners. From the warm welcome to the departure, we always felt welcome and well looked after. They were always on hand to respond to our needs and made sure that each of us, especially children and dogs, felt completely comfortable. The apartment is centrally located for many beautiful excursion destinations in the surrounding area. After a long hike, you can end the day on the private terrace in peace. The hostess is accommodating, easy and straightforward to reach.

Dennis is a great friendly host and his place is beautiful located in the Zillertal. The chalet had everything we need and the Aufenfeld camping is perfect for kids.

Wonderful stay in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. About 45 minutes outside the main city center of Vienna, but easy to navigate public transport. The place itself was clean, well maintained, and well stocked with all the necessities.

Klaus was very comunicative - he answer to our questions fast every time. For us (3 people) place was comfortable and well prepared. It was tiny but we could feel our privacy. We prepared breakfast and then eat it in cosy and calm outside area. I can reccomend that for future visitors

Christian was a great host, we had a great stay! The studio (an open living space) is located in a small, separate side cottage and scores with views and access to the beautiful garden with swimming pond. It is very modern and cozy. The kitchenette is equipped with fridge and sink. Cooking is not really possible, but that didn't bother us because we were traveling a lot. You can park on the premises and the Badner Bahn is right around the corner. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! :)

A place to feel good, not only in summer weather, then of course special. Everything in Velden is within walking distance in 10-15 minutes, the location is very quiet. Martin is a very good and nice host.
