Here, you will stay in the middle of nature, with maximum privacy and a mountain panorama. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with sweeping views over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. There are deer in the meadows, as well as chickens, bees, cats, and a fish pond.

The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

Apartment central located -2 min walk to the lake

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. 50 m from the lake shore is the "Sonnengütl," a converted old farmhouse, surrounded by a beautiful garden, facing south and the lake, located in Wengl, a quiet and very sunny location in St.Gilgen. The attic of this private house has been converted into a very special, large 115 m² apartment, with a spacious living-dining area with glass front to the covered balcony, topped by a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains.
