Our spacious townhome is single level with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's in a great location in a quiet neighborhood just two blocks from the center of downtown. It comfortably sleeps six adults and up to eight with a sleeper sofa. We have fast fiber internet. The condo is throughly cleaned by a professional cleaner before your stay. This house is owner managed. We do not accept animals or pets. There is a $300 nightly fee for animals. Entrances are monitored by security cameras.

Our Top of the World Vacation Rentals can sleep up to 6 adults. Our 3 bed/ 2 bath, ground floor condo has easy access to your toys, to the condo and the pool and hot tub located directly behind our building. The master suite has a king size bed with flat screen TV. 2nd bedroom has a FULL size double queen bunk! 3rd bedroom is a single queen bed and there is also a queen fold out with memory foam mattress. Our unit sleeps 10 people total.
