Townhome vacation rentals in Mission Bay

This home was perfect for our big family! We were attending a wedding on Mission Beach and the location was amazing. Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, and (Vons I think?) were within a few min walk from the house. The two provided parking spots made for easy parking. The kitchen was well stocked, the home impeccably clean, and from the room I slept in on the top floor I didn’t hear a sound from the teenagers staying up late downstairs. It is across the street from a middle school, so be aware there will be school sounds, but only during the day. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely choose this home again.

We enjoyed our stay at Lori's place very much. It was great to have a bathroom for each of the three bedrooms as we were in town for a wedding and had several events to get ready for. The coffee was great in the morning and we enjoyed our evening glass of wine out on the deck. Lori responded quickly when we had questions. One thing to note, Lori's pictures do not reflect her beautiful new kitchen and bathrooms. We would definitely return if given the opportunity.

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Doug’s place. Its location was perfect, easy to walk to great restaurants and the beach. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed. Would not hesitate to book again.

Donna’s house exceeded our expectations! It was so comfy and has great amenities. We especially enjoyed quiet nights on the patio. The neighborhood was great and it didn’t take us long to get anywhere. Ralph’s grocery store close by was an added bonus. Highly recommend this Airbnb! Thank you Donna for allowing us to stay here! It was a wonderful, relaxing trip!

Stephanie was an amazing host. She was very responsive and made sure we had a great time for our stay. The home was beautiful and there was more than enough accommodations included around the home including beach activities, towels, and kitchen supplies. If I’m ever staying in the area again Stephanie’s place will be my first option.

Location location location. Walkable to all of Little Italy. Bed was probably the most comfortable Airbnb/hotel bed I’ve stayed on. Modern, bathroom is updated. It’s on a busy street but insulation is solid so you can’t hear much after 10pm when things die down. We’ve stayed at other Airbnbs in this area where you can hear every conversation or car passing by so it was nice to have silence when we were ready to turn in. No central ac but there is a built in portable ac unit that is very effective. We’ll def come again

Great spot in the heart of pacific beach. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway and plenty to do within walking distance. Highly recommend this spot.

We have rented at Mission Beach since I was a child, so 40+ years. This is the first time we have rented on the Bay side, so I was a little skeptical. We loved the location and beautiful condo so much! Might be favorite ever. The place was clean, well stocked, hosts were responsive, and location is perfect. There were 6 adults in our party and it was very comfortable.without feeling like we were on top of each other. Highly recommend !

Everything about this location and stay was amazing! My favorite part was how clean this space was. It was great stay for me and my family. The ONLY thing that we didn’t like was how hard the master bedroom bed was.

Adorable space, decorated nicely, great neighborhood, and responsive, great hosts. No real complaints, but I will say we read reviews before staying and did experience hearing the neighbors on the front side of the house very early during weekday mornings, probably getting ready for work. If you’re a light sleeper, this may be an issue for you. Otherwise, it’s a nice rental!

It was clean, beautiful, and as described. Walking distance to the surrounding was a plus, with a secure parking space to avoid downtown. They have clear instructions for directions and parking. The space was modern and simply elegant!

We could not have been happier with this location and home. It was the perfect beach getaway and slept our family of 6 perfectly. The location was even better than we imagined as the home is on a little walk way, between the houses, which leads right to the sand. Excellent beach access for not being beach-front. Owner was incredibly responsive, and had no issues with anything while we were there. Would definitely book again.

We were an extended family staying for a beach vacation. The property was large enough for 5 adults and 3 children to have space and also be together. The description was accurate. Stairs are definitely a lot but we have found San Diego properties near the beach are similar. Communication was excellent and host was quick to respond to our needs of more silverware and paper towels. Garage spaces are very tight! We grilled and ate outside a few times. Plenty of beach towels, etc. We prepared all our meals at home, and could have used a few more types of cookware. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our stay!

We had such a lovely stay at this property. The home was clean and comfortable and the location was unbeatable. We had a little difficulty with the lock upon arrival and Aaron was immediately responsive and helpful. Note that if you are traveling with kids, there is no bathtub (I missed this when I booked!). Would happily return!

Great home and even better hostess. Colleen is terrific. Very friendly and always in communication, she is super fun to work with. The home was in an awesome location and easy to get around San Diego. The home had everything we needed for us and our pets. I would highly recommend Colleen and her home for your stay. Colleen's home is well decorated, appointed, and beautiful. She could not be any nicer and is super pet-friendly. We loved our stay and would stay there again. Highly recommended for families with pets or traveling alone. Thank you.

We rented Anna's place for a girls' weekend in San Diego and loved it! The location is so great, walkable to lots of coffee shops, restaurants, shops and the beach. It felt very central to all the things we wanted to do, and it was easy to Uber from there to other neighborhoods. The house was spacious and comfortable, and we loved having the roof deck to relax outside. Beautiful kitchen with almost everything you'd ever need during your stay. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and spacious. Had a few nice touches like extra fans and bedding. Very centrally-located to everything we wanted to do, and a short walk from coffee shops and restaurants. It's a townhouse so you do share walls with neighbors who you can occasionally hear. But overall we loved staying here!

Cute spot in a walkable area, two bed and two bath perfect for my friend and I traveling for a work conference!

Great and clean place in a convenient location! Close to downtown and balboa park. We enjoyed watching the airplanes fly in, the noise was not a bother at all. We will definitely be back!

Mission Beach was a great destination for a long weekend, and the home was perfect. The owners were very responsive, offering lots of good local recommendations and communicating with us during our stay to ensure we had a great weekend.

Great stay! Cute, clean, and perfect. It had everything we were looking for and needed. A little yard for our dogs, which is one of the main things we wanted. Close to the beach and walkable to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Brittany’s home is exactly as described and was perfect for our stay in San Diego. The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere. The interior was beautifully decorated and the shower was soooo luxurious! Brittany was extremely helpful and communicative. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again
