Had a wonderful stay at cave springs! Loved the communal area for games, fire pits, hammocks, playground and easy to walk around. Fun place for families! The place was great and would stay here again!

This place was great! After a long day skiing it was the perfect place to relax! There was plenty of space for all of us. Very cute and beautiful deck!

Great cabins! They were comfortable and clean, with lots of little personal touches. Great decor. Kids loved the fire pits, bocce and being so close to the river. Staff were helpful and responsive. Very relaxing. Would definitely come again!

Peace and quiet surrounded by the woods and beautiful vistas. Only a 5 minute drive from Dunsmuir, avoiding the disruptive sounds of the trains that run through town.

The cabin was perfect! Super cozy and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Janelle provided us with all the information we needed leaving us with zero questions. Check-in was very easy. The bed was very comfortable and the sound of Coffee Creek right out the window was so peaceful. The property was absolutely gorgeous! There grounds were pristine and there were beautiful areas to take a stroll and serene sitting areas to relax and enjoy the stunning views of Coffee Creek. We (our dogs included) loved it and would highly recommend this cabin!

The host was really kind and provided detailed information around the house. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing stay right on the Sacramento River. Peaceful nice neighborhood

This is the third time we have spent time in Lisa's cozy cabin, as Dunsmuir is an ideal stop for us en route to our son in Portland. We love it! Although we never play any of the games she has provided, we love the comfortable bed, the shower amenities, and (at Christmastime) the Christmas tree! Lisa was particularly accommodating this time, as I had forgotten to mention our pet when we signed up. PS Pizza Factory in town = great pizza!

Katelyn's cabin exceeded our expectations. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The cabin is gorgeous, modern, spacious, and very well stocked. I have stayed at many Airbnb's in the past and have often been underwhelmed with the kitchen. I love to cook and the cabin had everything I needed to prepare every meal. Proximity to beautiful waterfalls and National, as well as State parks is good. It is the perfect location as base camp for our many excursions, whether it was beautiful and secluded Potem Falls, to majestic Burney Falls and water activities at Lake Britton, to floating or fishing on Hat Creek or hiking Mt. Lassen or hiking upper, lower, and middle falls on the McCloud River. We enjoyed ourselves so much thanks to Katelyn's hospitality. We look forward to our next visit.

We had an amazing time here! The lodge was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located with stunning views of Mount Shasta. It’s a peaceful, quiet area—ideal for rest and reconnecting with nature. The only improvement we’d suggest is dimming or turning off the bright light over the parking space. It was quite strong and made it harder to enjoy the night sky from inside the lodge. We ended up going on evening walks just to take in the stars! Other than that, everything was wonderful—we’d definitely come back!

This small but super clean space was perfect for my daughter and I on Mom's Day Weekend. It had all of the essentials one needs for any overnight, including hot water boiling pot, tea, COFFEE (yay for that) and a good coffee maker. Honestly, the place was just as it's pictured, which doesn't always happen. We loved our brief stay and will be back.

The house was very clean and well stocked and had nice decor to make it feel homey. Candace was amazing at answering any questions we had and check in was very simple. There was some road noise but you couldn't hear any of it from inside and the views from the windows were very peaceful. We'd be happy to stay here again if we need a place to stay in the area!

Amazing location. Cabin had everything in kitchen, bed super comfortable It’s an old cabin so manage your expectations otherwise we loved the sounds of the river and occasional train The no internet was ok, nice to disconnect.

Peaceful and beautiful location. View from the backyard patio and the front of the cabin is one of a kind. Quite easy to check in and instructions were given quite clearly. Host was extremely responsive, within minutes, to any questions.
