Privat fully equipped own studio in part of villa.

Privat small apartment with a separate entrance in a house from 1969. Nice, quiet and comfortable -perfect for one person and to stay longer. Full equipped smaller kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washing machine,comfortable bed, armchair, lots of wardrobes. You live by yourself and you don’t share anything. Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

Unikt nyrenoverat gårdshus i Gamla Gävle

Nu äntligen hyr vi ut vårt ny renoverade (klart 2022) unika gårdshus om 1 rum och kök fördelat på 2 våningar. På markplan är allrum/kök, pentry med 2 plattor, micro,kaffebryggare samt kyl med frysfack. Matbord med plats för 4a. Badrummet gårdshuset pärla, toalett, handfat med stor förvarings bänk samt dusch med duschväggar av glas. En trappa upp finns sovrummet, 160 säng, en liten soffa och fåtölj samt vridbar smarttv. Gårdshuset ligger i gamla Gävle, mitt i centrum med närhet till allt.

Stuga vid Testeboån

Stugan ligger precis vid Testeboån, ca 2 meter från verandan. Det är möjligt att både bada och fiska, eller sitta i solnedgången och titta ut på vattnet. Stugan är fullt utrustad med allt som man behöver för en vistelse. Wifi, Tv och parkering ingår. Det är möjligt att låna tvättmaskin, ladda elbil eller hyra bastun, mot en mindre summa. Vill man besöka Gävle finns det cykelbanor, eller så tar man bussen, från busshållplatsen som finns inom 200 m. Under sommaren har vi försäljning av grönsaker.

Välkommen till detta lugna, nybyggda ekologiska boende mitt i naturen ❤️ Här finner du ett kök med diskmaskin, mikro, kyl/frys, ugn, kaffebryggare. Det finns en tvättmaskin samt toalett & dusch. På terrassen utanför stugan finns det bord & stolar 🙌 Boendet består av två stugor: en fullutrustad stuga med en 180 cm dubbelsäng & en 130 cm bäddsoffa & en till liten stuga bredvid med två 90cm sängar (denna saknar rinnande vatten 💦) Obs! Denna bostad passar inte familjer med barn under 10 år!

Gammelgården ligger belägen i en trevlig by som heter Övermyra/Österberg, 2km öster om Storvik. Avstånd till närliggande orter är Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Busshållplats 4 min promenad. Huset är timrat i Ottsjö Jämtland och räddades från ödehusdöden då det flyttades hit. Inredningen är unik med svenska historiska möbler och föremål. Mysig stuga i suterräng belägen i lummig trädgård med fruktträd. Övervåningen har en öppen planlösning med kök och vardagsrum med bäddsoffa. Där finns också en toalett med kombinerad tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Sovrum i suterrängvåning en trappa ned med dusch och bastu och med utgång till stor altan med närhet till ån. Nära till busshållplats med goda kommunikationer. Gävle centrum ligger på 40 minuters gångavstånd genom fint parkområde längs ån.

A separate apartment in a larger house from the beginning of the 20th century with old-fashioned charm. There are in total four vacation apartments. Strömsberg is a unique village with a heritage of centuries of ironworks. There is small river where you can go of a swim, and there is a summer-open café. This is a quiet place where you can enjoy peaceful surroundings, but don´t expect much tourist services. Sheets and towels can be rented.

10 min walking distance from the sea. 1 café, 1 restaurant open during the summer and weekends. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes by car to golfcourse (with restaurant). Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are ready when you arrive. Host lives in house next to cabin. Welcome !

You live by the hiking trail Upplandsleden. 10 minutes drive to Rullsand where you can fish and swim in the see (Östersjön).

Cozy fully furnished little cabin in our garden. 18 sq meters studio style cottage. Terrace on veranda, privacy, wifi and private router, easy parking, 2,5km to Ockelbo center, 4km to Wij trädgårdar. Pets allowed under strict conditions. Not suited for infants, toddlers or kids.
