Well-equipped and fresh cottage on a shared lake plot with a sea view. The cottage is divided into a living room with kitchen area and living room. Sleeping loft with 2 single beds. In the living room there is 1 sofa bed sleeping 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge which has freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate WC. Large terrace with lounge area and barbecue.

Please note that the accommodation lacks high voltage electricity and a shower, but is located by a spring lake with clean and fresh water that is well-suited for washing and hygiene. The cottage is only powered by 12-volt electricity for simpler lighting, which means limited electrical capacity. However, it is possible to charge mobile phones via sockets. Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Gävle city centre is located at 40 min walking distance through nice park area along the river.

Bror Stuga

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. Watch the sun rise from the ocean right from the bed. Look out over the horizon and light a fire. The house is located directly on the beach, close to forest and walking paths. Proximity to several ski tracks in winter time. 45 min to Kungsberget. Walking distance to Furuviksparken during the summer. The house is converted in 2022 and in good condition. The view magical.

A separate apartment in a larger house from the beginning of the 20th century with old-fashioned charm. There are in total four vacation apartments. Strömsberg is a unique village with a heritage of centuries of ironworks. There is small river where you can go of a swim, and there is a summer-open café. This is a quiet place where you can enjoy peaceful surroundings, but don´t expect much tourist services.
