The property features a back yard with a beautiful swimming pool, deck, gas barbecue, and umbrella shaded outdoor dining table. The large paved parking area is great for basketball, skateboarding or pedaling small bikes around (bring your own).

Amenities include stocked kitchen with Keurig, queen bed, sofa bed, and small sleeping loft w/queen mattress.
