Good location and only a few minutes from Blenheim Palace. 10/15 minutes walk to the local pub

We felt right at home during our 2-week stay. Lively neighborhood with several grocery stores, lots of restaurants and a bus stop nearby. City centre is about 25-30 minutes away by walking. Cathy and Donna were quick to answer all our questions. Hot water in the shower was a bit inconsistent sometimes, but otherwise, no complaints.

The place was great and clean. And the hosts where super nice and with fast reply’s as we stayed for the time being. It was an amazing experience.

Very good comms and description was also accurate. The location is excellent for central Birmingham and only 20 mins walk from the train station. The property has 2 flats with the other flat also being rented - The other group were very loud on friday night/saturday early morning but this was not the fault of the owners. Aside from that we would stay again - Thanks :)

Great location with easy access to the city, comfortable beds and kitchen well equipped. The apartment was as absolutely as advertised and we have no complaints, but the overall feeling was a bit corporate compared to other air BnBs we’ve stayed at for the same cost, maybe this was just lack of personal touches and having to do an emergency trip first thing our first morning for toilet paper as there was less than a third of a roll when we arrived. There was a bit of guess work re getting the hot water working, as the boiler was turned off, might be nice to turn this on prior to arrival, or add in to the apartment notes. Communications felt a little copy and paste and instructional, rather than personal, but these are tiny points in an otherwise pleasant trip to Birmingham. Thank you for the use of the space

Lindsay's instructions to access the airbnb were very helpful. The Airbnb was exactly like the photos, and is conveniently located to the city centre. I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely lovely. Full scores all round. We loved our stay here and will definitely return. The host went out of their way to accommodate our arrival and it is in the centre with lots of charm - felt like a genuine Shakespearian experience but with all the modern equipment :-)

We had a great stay in Sobia's apartment. We stayed in the deluxe 2 bed which had 2 bathrooms, one being ensuite. The apartment is extremely clean (which I loved!) and was also cleaned once during our 8 day stay. we travelled as a family of 4 with 2 young children and the apartment was great for this purpose. Sobia was a great host and responded very quickly to any queries. We also extended our stay and returned to the apartment for a second stay. I totally recommend Sobia's apartment.

Really central in Clifton. Perfect location. Would definitely stay here again. A little smaller than expected but everything you could need is available. Comfortable beds.

The apartment is fantastic and actual larger than it appears on photos. Michael was a great host the responded quickly whenever we contacted him. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed a short stay at the apartment near Montpellier area in Cheltenham. I was attending the races Tuesday and Wednesday and Emelye sorted a slightly earlier check in to allow me time to drop my belongings, get a change and get out in time for racing starting. Apartment was clean and tidy, bed was comfy and everything as described. Perfect for my 2 night stay. Race track was around 40 minute walk, and only 10-15 mins to town centre and all of the bars and restaurant. The apartment was easy to find, self check in was simple, and I got a parking space with free parking right outside the apartment! Recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cheltenham! The apartment was amazing. Spacious, clean and in a great location. 10 minute walk into the town center and even closer to the train station. The designated parking right outside was very handy too. The beds were comfy and the two bathrooms accommodated well for our booking. The living room is homely and comfortable and was a great place to chill after a long day. The Netflix and other streaming apps are a very nice touch too, making the stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend the apartment and it’s a great deal for the price!

The apartment was really lovely and super close to all amenities and the city centre. Host was so quick with any queries. Would definitely recommend this apartment and I enjoyed the whole experience.
