Vacation rentals with beach access in Malabar

We stayed here for a month and had a fantastic experience. The house was absolutely beautiful—clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host provided great service and communication from start to finish. We really appreciated the attention to detail and how easy everything was. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

We stayed here in this unspoilt part of paradise for 4 nights and everything that we experienced from location, weather and amenities of the home were beyond our expectations and made our time here very memorable. Comfy and cozy! I had a really relaxing stay at John and Becki’s! The space would be great for a long stay and was excellent for a short one, with a full kitchen, fridge and dishwasher setup. For singles, It’s hard getting the luggage up the stairs by yourself so if you have heavy bags keep that in mind. I left one of my bags on the stairs and only carried one the rest of the way. The place was immaculately clean and the house rules were very easy to follow. I appreciate how simple and easy John and Becki’s instructions made it to get there, understand the parking and what was required for checkout. Would 100% stay here again :) Thanks John and Becki!

Excellent location. Right next to a bus stop that goes everywhere. Right across the street from the beach.

Simply put: we want to move to Coogee, and Steve’s place was no small part of that. We will definitely be back!

Michael’s place is the perfect space for a lovely stay in Randwick. A clean, spacious and welcoming apartment with a great outdoor space. Highly recommend.

The stairs to his face were a bit messy and needed to paint but once you got inside it was very modern very clean at all amenities and more old. They probably need to put some coffee there.

We had a great few days at Alicia’s place . It was the perfect house for three couples . We had everything we needed . Would definitely recommend !

Had the best time at Hilde’s place. Amazing location. Fully fenced for the dogs. Walking distance to everywhere. Beautiful house. A hidden paradise. Hilde was also super helpful and friendly. Will be back!

We had a wonderful weekend away in Peters beautiful apartment. Beautiful places to watch a sunrise, walking distance from local cafes and shops. We would love to come back some day!

This house is amazing! The views are so incredible, from the moment you walk in- you’re fixated with looking out over Newport! Lee was easy to communicate with and responded to all our requests very quickly. Definitely would stay again.

The photos do not do the view justice. was so very relaxing to be on the water and just a few minutes walk to Jibbon beach.

The studio is stunning! The garden is beautiful and it’s quite close to the lake! Even though the studio is attached to the house, it still feels 100% private! I was stunned by the food in the freezer that we were free to use if we wanted! That was a very thoughtful! The bed was extremely comfortable. This space has been utilised very well! we would love to rebook in the future!

We had a relaxing weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Siro, the host, was incredibly friendly and responsive, making our check-in and overall experience smooth and stress-free. The property offers an unblocked beachfront view, providing a peaceful and private setting in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s free street parking space just right below the house, and the house is situated on the high side, giving it an elevated feel. We especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly — it made our trip even more enjoyable! The house was immaculate, with a spotless living room and bathroom. Thoughtful touches like complimentary towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even sunscreen were provided. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas cooktop and all the necessary cookware and utensils, meant we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I was in town working on a film, Victoria is amazing and The Place! Gorgeous..you get your quiet beautiful view of the ocean and surfers. You can walk over and have a delicious meal or cocktail. I hope to come back, beautiful stay.

Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

This Airbnb is a perfect location for seeing Sydney. You can connect to any part of the city from the bus stop adjacent to the rental. The rental itself was great - everything was clean and the rental was well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.

Great location at a reasonable price. Very clean and host is flexible. Able to store luggages and also able to check in early / check out late.

This place is absolutely amazing - we would come back again. Fantastic property, unbelievable views, and just a great place all round. I will say their beds are really comfortable also which is one of the biggest bonuses.
