Nice and comfortable place. Not far from metro station too!

Located in a great neighborhood and easy to walk everywhere.

Clara and Pedro were friendly and warm. We immediately got along well and felt at home. The small balcony allowed you to be good for yourself in the apartment and to look into the countryside while having breakfast. In the big city! Great location, multicultural, lots of small shops, quiet, pedestrian zones. 2 min to the super convenient metro. We will be happy to come back!

We spent 4 days in Madrid and needed a centralized place to stay. Patricia‘s apartment was perfect. We had everything we needed. Our private bathroombathroom was excellent with a shower/tub. The bed and pillows/linens were great. Very comfortable. She had a personal refrigerator for us too! The apartment was located very close to everything. The train station is just minutes away as well. Overall, we were very pleased with Patricia‘s Airbnb. We plan to come back to Madrid and we’ll definitely hope that Patricia‘s place is available. She was very personable and made the difference. Her dog Coco was adorable. Looking forward to returning one day soon!

I felt right at home at Fausto’s authentically decorated apartment. It is in the middle of a fun neighbourhood (Lavapies) full of nice bars and restaurants – including quite some vegan places! It’s close to the train station and museums like the Reina Sofia. It can be a bit noisy at night, but if you bring earplugs, it shouldn’t be a problem. All in all, I would definitely recommend staying here!

This is the best apartment we have stayed at in Madrid. Two bedrooms, two baths in Madrid!! It is super-spacious, great kitchen, very nice terraces, comfortable beds, very close to metro station, lots of great restaurants very close. Felipe and Pilar explained every thing, and they were always very professional. Lavapiés is a very cool neighborhood. This wil be our apartment in Madrid from now on!

We had a great stay in Madrid! The place was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was super friendly, had good taste, and made everything easy for us, I’d definitely stay here again next time.

Small apartment, but with everything you need. Rossy very nice and attentive, but if we don't get to talk to her my friend and I, I don't know when she would have talked to us to meet for the delivery of the keys. Otherwise, everything is very clean and very good.

The apartment is incredibly comfortable and equipped. Pet friendly. 10 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from downtown by bus. I emphasize the comfort of the beds and the armchair, which in our case we were 3 ( and my cat) we also use it for sleeping. I also highlight the central heating, we were warm at all times (we arrived right in the spring transition and it was cool outside). It even has a floating floor. Regarding the bathroom is small but well laid out. It even has bidet and a shower is wonderful!!! the most, it comes out with very good water and hot temperature all the time. The fully-equipped kitchen, we had an oven, washing machine, dishwasher. A luxury. The hosts Denisse and Fernando are always attentive to all our requirements. They were in the check-in time and we were provided with more linens and another set of keys. We highly recommend this home. Super comfort guaranteed

We stayed at Juan’s place for over 10 days and rented two units to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Both units were on first floor and ours had a beautiful garden. Perfect for 2 adults and maybe a kid. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, Alcala street, metro and bus stops. Juan was very friendly and responsive. The AC was great since it was very hot outside. Also, very convenient laundry room in the common area. Our only complain is the very poor internet service. We had to use our data almost every day while being inside the apartment. Although Juan indicated new internet was going to be installed we experienced the problem until we left.

location 25 min from downtown. super tidy house, good TV, good mattresses. Juan was always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend 👌

We really enjoyed our stay at Carmen's place. It was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants, plus easily walkable to access public transportation. The space was clean and inviting, and Carmen was very responsive to any questions that we had.

We spent two wonderful days in this house traveling as two families (6 people). The house is exactly as in the photos - spacious, extremely clean and well maintained. The location is perfect - a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet close to the subway station, making it easy to explore Madrid. A big plus for a parking space directly in front of the house! The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped, and each bedroom has air conditioning. There is a sensational restaurant in the area, where we ate some of the best burgers of our lives. Communication with the host was smooth through the Airbnb app. Everything was accurately described and we had no issues checking in or out. The only minor disadvantage is the lack of a larger table (the current one is only for 2 people), which makes it difficult to eat together with a larger group. Apart from these details, our stay was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place to other group travelers. The area is quite specific, but it was safe.

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. It's small but functional, it's perfect for two people. The location of the house is great, as it has bus and subway stations very close. There are also plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, at night you can't hear any noise. They were very flexible with the check-in time and that was great for us. They were very kind at all times and left the apartment clean, tidy, with shower gels, etc.

Pino’s place was great for the week my partner and I stayed in Madrid! It has an amazing location so you can walk to everything. There is an elevator which made it easy to move the luggage up and down. The wifi was fantastic, my partner had to work a bit so that made it super easy. The apartment had everything we needed, and Pino even left us a bottle of wine and some snacks! Pino was also very flexible with our check in as we arrived early in the day which was very appreciated! One thing I will mention is that it was loud at night during the holiday we happened to be there for (Constitution Day) but was quiet the rest of the week. It didn’t bother us too much as we had ear plugs! We highly recommend staying here!

The house was spotless, the service was very good, they left us coffee, cocoa and the essentials of a house. The only downside is that it is far from the city and with the heat the train or bus was very crowded, we managed with taxis and ubers but fine, the accommodation is as in the photos.

This is a great listing. It is in an amazing location, with public transportation and restaurants. Also they had everything I needed for my extended stay. Mirelis is a great host, she was very helpful with everything I needed.

First of all, to rate the experience at Letizia's place, 5 stars are not enough. Everything was impeccable, always attentive, and from the first moment very flexible at check-in. I would repeat without hesitation. Thank you Letizia for your kindness and good service. A 10.

Loved this apartment - perfect for 2 people. Has everything you need within a 5 min walk. Great pool and gym and 24 hour security with is nice. Oscar is super nice, easy to communicate with. We will be back to stay here!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

Excellent experience This was my first time using Airbnb and it couldn't have been better. Tiago was an impeccable host from the moment we arrived. I booked well in advance from Uruguay, and everything was as promised in the publication. The apartment is located in the heart of Chueca, an ideal area to get to know Madrid: safe, vibrant, with everything close, and perfect for getting around on foot or by public transport. The apartment is very quiet, clean and comfortable; you can see the care in every detail. Also super bright I will definitely book with Tiago again next year. I recommend it 100%.
