We had many problems with guests making noise and upsetting the neighbours. NO PARTIES. NO NOISE AFTER 10.30pm. NO SMOKING INSIDE. My son Alvaro, my daugther Helena and me host this apartment, which is plenty of light, charming and it is furnished with vintage style. It is a two bedrooms place for three, up to four guests. If you are four, please, ask us for disposal. The apartement is full equipped: heating, air conditioning, bed clothes, towels, 80 tv, channels, internet by optical fiber, fast wifi, etc. It is quite cheery, close to bustle of the daily life of Madrid, but very comfortable and silent.
