Un espacio amplio y diáfano , con un gran patio exterior Privado, un estilo cuidado ,elegante y actual .Una casa tranquila en el centro . El gran parque del Retiro ,el gran pulmón de Madrid a tan solo unos pasos. Esta casa de 130 metros cuadrados en plena zona de museos,patrimonio de la humanidad de la UNESCO está además muy cerca del centro histórico de la ciudad . Conexión directa con el aeropuerto ,Comunicación inmejorable con autobús , metro y tren en la puerta. El loft se encuentra en la Planta baja de un edificio histórico de finales del siglo 19 rehabilitado. Se compone de un Gran dormitorio en la planta baja con una cama de matrimonio queen size y un segundo dormitorio con dos camas individuales en la segunda planta. Hay un sillón cama grande par dos personas en el salón. El resto de la casa es diáfano y en el se encuentra una gran cocina con isla central totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y un amplio salón así como un comedor para 6 personas. La cocina está completa con vitrocerámica ,horno,lavadora, microondas, cafetera nesspresso y lavavajillas. El baño completo posee dos claraboyas en el techo que dejan entrar una magnífica luz en todo el espacio. La casa dispone de una amplió patio terraza de uso exclusivo de la casa de 30 m2 donde cenar ,desayunar o tomar una copa de vino. Hay instalada una cámara de seguridad en el exterior de la casa así como puerta de seguridad y portero físico todo el día. Early checkin and late check out available free when possible. Os dejamos café, te ,leche y azúcar py nos encantará atender cualquier necesidad especial que tengáis.Tenemos también puerta de seguridad de niños en la escalera , silla comedor para niños , cambiador y bañera para bebés y una cuna grande. Hay Justo al lado de la casa una tienda donde comprar básicos y un gran supermercado a 5 minutos a pie.También existen varios establecimientos para desayunar ,comer y cenar alrededor de la casa y muchísimos restaurantes y bares a 15 minutos de la casa en la plaza de Atocha y la plaza de Santa Ana El Hotel Only You Atocha que está a 100 metros tiene cafeteria , restaurante y es un sitio ideal para cualquier reunión de negocios. En su roof top bar podéis disfrutar de las vistas de Madrid mientras coméis o tomáis una copa. Muy cerca esta la plaza de Santa Ana y del centro histórico donde hay cientos de restaurantes y locales de ocio. Caminando desde la casa encontrarás enseguida el museo de arte contemporáneo Reina Sofía y desde allí se van sucediendo todo el resto de Museos importantes de Madrid ,thyssen Bornemisza,Museo Del Prado,Caixaforum ,Antropológico , Jardin Botánico y claro ,el Parque del retiro ,el central Park de Madrid, todo para ir caminando. El loft dispone de calefacción individual de Gas Natural y aire acondicionado aunque casi nunca se utiliza al ser una casa muy fresca y aislada. No hay ningún tipo de ruido a pesar de encontrarse en el centro de La ciudad. Se encuentra muy cerca de las atracciones turísticas más importantes de Madrid. No solo de los principales Museos, sino también de los núcleos más bulliciosos y atractivos de la capital. Todo sin necesidad de coger transporte.
