Recently renovated apartment, elevator, located in the Barrio de La Latina, 5 minutes from the Plaza Mayor and 10 from the Puerta del Sol. The Apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of two full bathrooms, one with separate shower and toilet cabin, 2 bedrooms, and an integrated kitchen room, with all appliances, in which there is a 1.35 sofa bed. Coffee and infus Open up the tall wooden shutters and let in the Spanish sun at a cool, contemporary abode with rustic wooden beams and elegant paneling. Statement white headboards and geometric accents bring the period space up to date. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a renovated traditional building with lift. There are two main double rooms and capacity for 6 people using the sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the entire apartment has been decorated by a designer making your home in Madrid. Amenities: TV, Wifi , Central Heating, Air Conditioning in living room, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave , Owen and Washing machine We will arrange the check in time depending on your arrival time. It is normally from 3pm but we will do our best to have the apartment ready for you ASAP. Anything you need during your stay, feel free to contact us! La Latina is one of the city's most atmospheric neighbourhoods. There are quite a few nightlife spots, but the area is known as having the best concentration of tapas bars. La Latina occupies the oldest area in Madrid inside the city walls. Ideally located for public transport. Many transport services are a few minutes walking (metro, bus, taxi, bicycle for rent (Bicimad), rental car). Also there is a parking very close in Plaza de la Cebada for those who brings their own car.

The space met our expectations, very wide, we were in 4 people and could feel at home. The accommodation is amazing, I saw some comments complaining about being ground floor and the window is out, but it didn't get in the way, the window has a soundproofing and it was quiet, the space fulfills what it promises, it was worth it! Close to restaurant and subway, everything was possible to walk

the truth is that they have a very quiet beautiful house, a pity that the neighbors were in construction. Puia has been great, she gave us all the facilities I had available and very polite. That can't be better. If we go back to that area, we will go again.

Good location in case you want to make an express visit to Madrid. If you want to use public transportation, there is a subway and bus stop at the door. I visited everything by walking around the neighborhood. I arrived by subway from the airport. Juan and his daughter Sofia were very kind.
