Located on the first floor of a romantic-style building with elevator, the apartment is located on Moraza Street. All the city's attractions are just a few steps away from the apartment: Buen Pastor Cathedral, Loyola Street and its shops, San Martin shopping mall, La Concha Beach, the Old Town, the metro station... Everything San Sebastián offers within a 5-minute walk. A car is not necessary, unless you are interested in taking excursions around the area (Zarauz, Getaria, San Juan de Luz...). There is 24-hour public parking 1 minute away at the driver's expense. Apartamento 100% reformado. Cuenta con salón-cocina, dos dormitorios (uno con cama de 1,50m y el segundo con cama de 1,35m) y un baño. Luminoso y ubicado en zona muy tranquila. Incluye Wifi. Cocina equipada con vitrocerámica, lavadora, horno, microondas y lavavajillas. A 18 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad, a 20 minutos a pie de la playa de la Zurriola y 25 minutos a pie del casco viejo. ¡Tambien se puede coger el autobus n. 9 cada 15 minutos en frente del apartamento que lleva al centro!

We stayed for 4 nights in this beautiful apartment. It was lovely to return after a busy day of sightseeing and sit and watch the river rise and fall with the tides. A great neighbourhood to wander around away from the old town but close enough to walk in for some pinxos and wine. We ate at Bodega Donastria a few times which was just around the corner. Fabulous food and service. The perfect place to stay in SS, so much better than a hotel.

Olga and Jorge’s home was an absolute delight. Perfectly located in the heart of Donostia, it’s beautifully decorated with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped and generously stocked with amenities—Olga and Jorge have truly thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. Their warmth and hospitality were unmatched, and they provided us with many helpful tips and local insights. The use of their parking space was an added bonus and made exploring the area even easier. San Sebastián itself is incredible, and this home made our stay all the more memorable. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return someday. With San Martin Square just outside the door—featuring a supermarket, cafés, and great shopping—and the beach only steps away, the location couldn’t be better. One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had.

Our Airbnb in Donostia was everything we could have wished for and more. Centrally located, bright, well equipped, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Amaya and Andrea have a first-class apartment that is perfect for short or longer term stays. Amaya was an excellent communicator and happily assisted us with making special arrangements which enhanced our visit to her beautiful city. Her recommendations for restaurants and activities were all spot on. We rent many Airbnbs and would recommend their’s to anyone looking for a high standard in accommodations.

We loved our stay at this flat. Spent four nights and it was extremely comfortable with an incredible view- my husband and I loved sitting on the balcony each evening watching the surfers. Highly recommend staying in Gros- it feels more local and was super quiet at night. Plus an easy walk into old town. Wish we could have stayed longer! Hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly.

The apartment is beautifully designed and located in an excellent area. Communication with the owner was smooth and pleasant. My parents and I really enjoyed our stay and are already wishing to come back in the near future. A slightly lower cost would make it even more attractive, but given the location and the quality of the facilities, the price is understandable.
