My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

Amazing place! Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of the Lucca hills. Very peaceful. Lots of birdsong. We saw a deer in the garden! The grounds are brilliant and the place is the perfect size for a couple. We loved eating on the terrace with the great view, and swimming in the private pool. Only a short drive to Lucca which has some amazing restaurants (our favourite was Osteria de Pasquale). There’s some great vineyards in the area - our favourite was Fattoria Sardi. If I was reading this review I wouldn’t think twice about booking!

This place is absolutely stunning! Alessandro is the most amazing host- very flexible with our late check in and early leaving time- even brought us a cappuccino at 3:30am before we left! Couldn’t recommend more- we will definitely be back- thank you for the most amazing stay!

We enjoyed 4 magical days in Gloria's beautiful home. The gardens are exceptional and there are so many lovely spaces to enjoy the view! Would highly recommend to any future travellers. We met both Francesco and Gloria and they couldn't have been more helpful!

The Robins nest felt like a home away from home. Stefano welcomed us as family. The place was very spacious for Lucca with parking at the front. We will be visiting again when we come back to visit family!

We enjoyed our time in Lucca and are very grateful to our host Vanessa who was so kind and helpful. She kept in contact in the lead up to our arrival and was willing to be available to answer any questions during our stay , responding quickly on the occasion we needed to ask a question. She was available to show us around this beautiful accommodation which is a huge benefit . She provided a list of local recommendations which we used and were always happy and impressed by her suggestions. The accommodation is in a perfect location within the walls of the old town but only 15 mins walk from the station.On one of the many old and beautiful cobbled streets. The accommodation itself was spotless and comfortable with a beautiful terrace and fully equipped. We will definitely return and would recommend to our family and friends.

Absolutely beautiful apartment right in the centre of Lucca. Lucia was a wonderful host, and provided excellent recommendations for wineries and shopping! The kitchen has everything you need. We like to cook a couple of meals in and the kitchen was beautifully equipped with very nice pots and pans etc. It was also fantastic that she had olive oil, salt and pepper and other spices. Super comfy bed and bedding. This has been our favourite Airbnb to stay in, we were so comfortable and felt right at home. Thank you Lucia for your fabulous hospitality!! We would definitely stay here again!

Francesco picked us up from the train station and drove us to our apartment. He walked us through everything in the apartment. He even came back later to assist us to get in when I couldn't work the key. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. The apartment was large, well equipped with good cooking facilities and washing machine. The apartment was a 2 minute walk from the historic city wall and bars and restaurants, great location.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Monika’s apartment. It is situated in a quiet, residential street, around ten minute’s walk from the old town - a perfect location to explore Lucca and the surrounding area. The apartment is a home from home and is extremely well equipped. The bedroom has air conditioning and there’s a fan in the living room which kept us comfortable. Monika communicated well, and was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend.

Daniel‘s apartment was recently renovated and very centrally located to the old city of Luca it was an easy walk to parking and an easy entrance onto the wall to walk around the city of the highlight of our visit .

The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She even allowed us to check in early for our convenience. The apartment was beautiful and well decorated with a comfy bed and a large living room. Restaurants and shops were all walkable from the apartment.

We spent a week at Rodolfo's and enjoyed the time and tranquility there very much. Check-in was easy thanks to Rodolfo's good description. He also had some very good tips for the area. There was a wonderful garden and a terrace where we enjoyed the sun a lot. In the village, there are also two very good restaurants and a very good pizzeria, all within walking distance. Lucca can be reached in 30 minutes by car, the nearest supermarket is 10 minutes by car. We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back again.

We loved our stay with Elena! It is a great location, fantastic place, and was exactly as we expected. It looks just like the photos, is very spacious, and we felt right at home. We will definitely be back to stay here again.

Beautiful experience! The house was tastefully furnished and clean, well-stocked with guides and tourist maps of Lucca. It was also equipped with everything you need for your stay: dishes, pans, kitchen utensils, etc. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Basilica of San Frediano and Via Fillungo, Lucca's main shopping street. But what excited us was the hospitality of the host. Pier Giordano was very kind and helpful; passionate about his city, he recommended places of interest that are also little known by most and typical places to eat Lucchese and Tuscan cuisine. Thanks again! We hope to return to Lucca soon!

Great welcome from the host Gisella. Great view of the cathedral, Duomo di San Martino from the apartment. Bright, cozy, clean, neat apartment full of loving details. Gisella waited for us with cold water (almost summer) and something to eat. Very good idea on her part!!!! He also prepared a personalized map for us to find out about places like restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, markets and bike rentals. Map we use all the time next to the cell phone. Lucca is a beautiful city, especially the city within the wall, full of flowers and lime trees where you can walk, rest and refresh in summer.

Perfect in every way💕 - we fell in love with Lucca, and I think a part of this was due to how perfect the accomodation is. We will be back to see Lucca, and stay here again. Thank you!

Nice apartment space, clean and conveniently located in the city centre. Exactly as described. Rebecca was very responsive throughout the stay, I would stay again!

Paola's place is in a great location and incredibly well appointed for a lovely and comfortable stay in any season. She has thought of every detail for her guests' comfort. Our family of four felt so at home here and found everything we needed. Paola's a great communicator, and I'm so glad we made time to visit her family winery during our stay. Her son, Francesco, provided a wonderful and intimate experience and even made it interesting for our teen daughters who joined for lunch. One of our favorite experiences on our trip to Italy!

Margherita is an excellent host. Prior to our visit she was able to send me a list of recommendations for a large variety of restaurants and activities and she answered all my questions. She met us at the door and welcomed us into her home. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable for our family. Lucca itself was stunning.
