Vacation rentals with a patio in London Borough of Wandsworth

We had a very comfortable stay at Livia's apartment, and we felt at home straight away. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed. It was very easy to find and the location was great for being close to Chelsea, just over the bridge and a lovely walk through Battersea Park to Battersea Power Station. The property was very clean and warm, and it felt very homely. The pub is right next door, so you will find people very loud in the evenings outside the apartment, and with the bedroom at the front of the property, it was difficult to sleep. But no doubt this is expected on a bank holiday weekend. All in all, we had a very nice stay and would recommend it to couples.

My sister and I stayed here for a week. The house was lovely and such a quaint place tucked in Balham. The train station was an easy walk and many very good restaurants within walking distance as-well. Ellie was very easy to get in contact with and responsive if we needed anything. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in London to stay.

We had a great stay. Apartment is lovely - courtyard garden a real advantage. Well equipped and very clean on arrival. We had cars and free parking outside at the weekend was a real bonus.

Will was so nice and available. The place is beautiful, clean, quiet and organised. Will gave us snacks and bottles on the check in, something we didn’t get on other places. The only problem was the area that we didn’t like so mach. Also if you’re planning to stay for then few nights and wash your clothes it will be problematic because there is no washing machine. Other than that everything was wonderful!!!

Lovely private flat in Sheen , a short walk to Richmond shops and restaurants . Nice pub along the road that we enjoyed . Secluded and private development, felt safe . Parking was really handy and easy . Lots of planes and air traffic but the flat itself was very nicely decorated and ideal for easy access to Richmond and the surrounding areas

This was a perfect base for our visit to London. We loved the walk along the river to Battersea

We had a lovely stay at Eden apartment. We found transport very easy to the Chelsea Flower show. Clapham junction was a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Dee has thought of everything and more. We appreciated the extra touch of beautiful flowers in the kitchen. Check in and check out was seamless. The apartment is within easy walk to restaurants and bars. There were also a number of supermarkets with walking distance. Dee is an excellent host and looked after us well. We would stay again.

We loved it. The location was great for everything we wanted, lovely riverside runs, great yoga studio within walking distance and easy links to central London on the buses. Bike station right outside the apartment. The flat itself was spacious and beautifully clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the balcony on the river was lovely for both morning coffee and evening drinks. The car space was secure and a real bonus for us. Ian was a fabulous host, very accommodating with both arrival and departure times and very helpful to me when my sat nav froze and I got a little lost. I would absolutely love to stay at this apartment again and can highly recommend it.

What a great spot for exploring London! As a family of 5, we had plenty of room and enjoyed feeling at home with a fully stocked kitchen and comfy living spaces. Super easy to contact our host, and they were generous in last minute arrangements. For jet lagged travelers, blackout curtains were so helpful. Charlie and Rob - thanks for the lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this beautiful home! The house is on a pretty street in the quiet, leafy area of Barnes. It's an easy & quick to walk to the overground station and to all the lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The garden is pretty and a great retreat for a wine or breakfast & feels quite private - a rarity in London. The house has been refurbished & designed beautifully, it's a treat to return to after a day out in London. Sarah has thought of everything you may need & can even organise a parking permit if you have a car - we got a space right outside each day. If you're thinking about a stay around SW London I'd choose this one. We look forward to staying again.

Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. Really lovely house in a great part of London. Julie's house is just perfect. Stylishly decorated and super comfortable. Great little outdoor space which caught the sun while we stayed there. A short walk to the river, lots of rowers on the water, bustling with people sitting out drinking coffee, music playing, great vibe. Close to pubs, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and the tube and mainline stations. Just perfect! We'll be back for sure

I’m actually feeling homesick for this Airbnb, that’s how comfortable and “at home” we felt at Stefano’s place. The pictures really don’t do it justice — the charm is off the charts and we all loved it! Played cards on the outdoor patio, very well-appointed kitchen with the cutest SMEG appliances, loved the bathtub in the master bath, beds were super comfy, linens pristine:) Loved having laundry detergents, dish soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo, hairdryers and straightener already on site, SO CONVENIENT! Peaceful quiet and safe neighborhood close to Barron’s Court Station. Loved it all!

It was great staying at Izo’s place. It has easy access to the public transportation. The Hammersmith station is just 9 minutes walk away. The river Thames is just around the corner. The place is quiet at night allowing us to get a good night rest. Our flight arrived earlier than expected. Izo was very kind to let us check in early. The kitchen has plenty of utensils in case anyone wants to cook. Overall we had a fantastic stay there! Thanks again!

We felt right at home straight away - delighted with the little extras (milk and bread in fridge, packet of biscuits left for us, first aid kit available). The location is fab - really quiet and yet well located. I would highly recommend this lovely home. The only small negative is the size of the sitting room, if you hoped to fit 6 or 7 people in it. But we could see that from the photos beforehand, so not a surprise.

I stayed for 3 nights in late Jan and I couldn’t fault the place in terms of its style, amenities and cleanliness. The location is very close to bus train and tube and so if your choice of location in London is South West, then this is a great choice!

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

This is an absolute gem of a place and location, with views right across the Darent Valley. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The place was spotless and everything had been perfectly prepared and very well thought through (from the local hand-drawn maps right down to the vast array of toiletries on offer). I can't think of a single thing to change or improve about the place. Diana was a lovely host and provided a lot of information prior to arrival. She had also found some suggestions of activities for us tailored to our interests, which was frankly above and beyond. We were very grateful and it was clear a lot of thought had been put in prior to our arrival. I could carry on for pages but in summary, we have already recommend the place to family and friends and we be pleased to offer our recommendation here too. Thank you, Diana, for such a lovely place to stay and we hope to be back soon!

Great home and location.

Tom’s place is as described comfortable and very homely. He was very proactive with his communication,easy check-in and check out. Easy walk to Balham station, good choice of restaurants and coffee shops nearby As previously mentioned, This is airbnb as it is meant to be, opening the doors of one's own home to guests, which we appreciated allowing us to feel relaxed and at home in his place. We had a lovely stay at Alex’s home while we had my daughter’s wedding. . It’s very beautiful inside & was a joy to be in , I love the lay out & garden , the bathroom is stunning ! Super comfy bed with lovely linen . We’d go back as it’s very near my daughter & a great location.

Daniel's place met my needs and was well equipped and comfortable. Everything worked. Not best for older visitors as It was a basement flat reached down steep narrow stone steps and lacked a grab-bar in the tub. Close to the River and Putney Bridge with convenient nearby restaurants.

Maria was very helpful and responsive. Her home was just as described and in a secure building. Perfect spot for four people exploring the City of London. Would recommend again!
