Mansion vacation rentals in Llandybie

We booked the property for a 30th birthday surprise for me niece as she lives in Exeter and we hadn't seen her for her birthday. The place was amazing so spacious, we loved the hot tub, the games room, well all of it. In the kitchen there is everything that you would need, Heidi has covered everything that you could need. We had a small problem with the hot tub and messaged Heidi and she replied straight away. The bedrooms are so luxurious and again everything you need was there, hairdryers, iron, towels. We went out for lunch on Sunday to The Loft was so lovely and Heidi gave us a discount code so we had 10% discount. We will definitely be booking again and definitely recommend staying here. Perfect location to get the family together for a long Easter weekend. Location is well placed for local beaches. Good sized table for board games and the outside pizza oven was fun to try. When the weather allowed we played boules and table tennis on the good sized lawn and we had a great time. Mark was helpful and made us feel at home. The Internet is a bit iffy and watching streaming TV had a fair amount of buffering and glitches but about do-able and fair enough for the very rural location. Would visit again. Thanks Mark. (The neighbouring cat is very friendly too)

We had a great stay in the woodland cabins. It was very private location (we rented all four) in beautiful surroundings. The cabins were well equipped and we loved having BBQs outside on the fire pits. Laura gave good instructions and was quick to respond to all enquiries. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

Mark was a great host. He was very welcoming and provided us with lots of tips for exploring the area. The house is spacious and has all the equipment you need for cooking. It’s well placed with paths in every direction to the coast.

We had a lovely stay for a 60th birthday weekend. The house is lovely and we all loved the bar and old pub feel. There was plenty of space for us all to relax and play our birthday games! Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place, very off the grid and private. The space was ideal for a mixed family of 6. My son loved the separate room & bathroom attached to the house but through it's own door. The pool table was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Shower in the main bathroom wasn't great, so we used the ensuite shower which was good. Quite a long drive down to the property which you had to take slowly, but even with all the overnight rain it drained well and wasn't a problem, you just had to take your time. We had an issue on arrival, and Eluned responded well - we were able to fix the issue so it wasn't a problem after the first night. Wifi was good. We visited Tenby (great beach), Mynydd Mawr woodland park (great for the dogs and 15mins drive away), Penllergare Valley woods (lovely walk, waterfall and great cafe), Burry Port lighthouse (another great beach for a walk). Also Castell Talacharn Laugharne Castle. Hopefully be back again!

Great place in a great location. Very well equipped - better that expected - with lots of maps and info for some great walking in the area.

Johnathan was a very responsive host. The property was ideal for our larger family. The property is situated a stones throw away from the most beautiful beach. The rooms are clean, light and airy. All bathrooms were equipped with soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Johnathon even gave us a late check out on the Sunday morning because of the weather which was very much appreciated

We were really impressed with Rachel's place - very comfortable, it had everything we could possibly want, and the (secure) garden (with trampoline) was a definite bonus for both our toddler and Spaniel (who found an old ball in the hedge and obsessed over it for the rest of the week). The kitchen and laundry room were very well provisioned, everything we needed for cooking was there. The location was great for seeing the Gower, it had plenty of local dog walks along and around the old railway track, and Rachel gave plenty of local recommendations for activities, restaurants etc. Check in / out was seamless, and Rachel's communication was brilliant throughout. The Welsh Cakes on arrival were very gratefully received.

The place was beautiful and the hosts were very responsive. The cinema room was a hit with us all - watching Lord of the Rings from a hot tub was amazing! The rooms were all comfortable, the animals were all gorgeous and the fairy garden was adorable. It felt like a real hideaway, and we'd be delighted to visit again. Thank you ever so much!!

Our whole family absolutely loved staying here. Plenty of space for a family of 6. It's a great base for adventuring the many beautiful beaches. The children especially loved the swimming pool on site also bowling 🎳 and the castle 🏰 which are both only a 10 minute drive away. Thank you for a great family holiday 😊

A place with the WOW factor. Scenery is just amazing. Beautiful little spot with the added bonus of a pool and our own private hot tub. Relaxing environment and spacious surroundings. Totally recommend.

Emma was a fantastic host! Her house was amazing and we felt right at home! She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and we even had some little extras like access to the garden and a late check out. We want to come back as soon as we can! A perfect weekend away with our best friends and kids. 🥰😍

Was a great place to stay when we visited the Urdd Eisteddfod which was held in Margam Park this year. The house was very clean and Yan was very easy to get in touch with if we required anything. We have 4 young children, who loved the added bonus of the toys that were in the house. Everything you would need for a short stay was in the house. Thank you 😊

A wonderful place with great views and lots of activities to do around. The property was equipped with all the essentials. It’s a nice place for family as there were lot of toys and fun board games to play for kids. There was a special treasure hunt created by the host which my son thoroughly enjoyed doing. I think finding the treasure was his highlight of this trip all thanks to the host for arranging it. It’s said that we couldn’t use the swimming pool as it’s only from 7 to 5 pm and we were out exploring the nearby places so could never make it back by 5 pm. But I am surely going to book this place again with a larger group just to enjoy the experience ! I highly recommend this place for large families as you would enjoy everything that this place has to offer and would not get bored a bit !

An absolutely stunning property with every detail thought of and provided. The interior has been beautifully decorated and bathrooms were very clean with great showers! Kitchen has plenty of gorgeous serving dishes and 2 dishwashers which was very useful! Pool and Hot tub were both very clean with good pump/filter system. There is a very helpful book provided by the host with many activities/places to eat recommendations. The location was perfect for walks straight from the property either to the beach or woodland walks. Would definitely be back again, the host was very responsive and helped with recommendations leading up to our stay.
